Would not recommend this motel. The room was dirty. The floor had layers of dirt the mirrors had streaks from improper cleaning. The table top, the sink area, the desk all had streaks of dirt. The air and heating unit was so dirty I would not turn it on until cleaned. The bathroom was also in bad shape. The ceiling above the shower is cracked the wall where the shower head protrudes has been patched (poorly). The refrigerator was gross I found pieces of clothing behind it. The microwave did not work and I had to go to the office to have it replaced. THERE IS NO WIFI. I brought this to the attention of the office but was told it worked and there was something wrong with my laptop. I took my laptop to the office and showed them Days Inn was not even a network I could find. There were numerous hot spots and I could also find the La Quinta Inn across the interstate. To make matters worst Kohio who provides WiFi for the motel said the same thing. I was able to go a block down the street to a public WiFi and get on no problem. I NEED INTERNET FOR WORK. I knew this stay had gone South when I first checked in. The owner who was also the receptionist took one look at me and had made up his mind that I was no good. I had called the Days Inn reservation and found out the rate for an extended stay. I was going to make the reservation then but since I was so close to the motel I asked if I could just drive there and get the rate and they said yes. I showed up and the fireworks started. I asked the man if they had a single non-smoking. He said yes and the rate was around 78.00 dollars. I asked if he had an extended stay rate and he said NO. I then told him that I had minutes earlier talked to the reservation people at Days Inn and then I called them to verify the rate. I told the reservation person I was talking to on the phone that I didn't want to cause trouble and if they didn't want my money I would go somewhere else. At this time the receptionist said he would agree to the rate I was given by Days Inn reservation. He also lowed the rate by 3 dollars. I SHOULD HAVE RUN AWAY. I signed a weekly contract and paid. The first room I got was disgusting. I asked for another room. I took it because it was better then the first. It was disgusting also. I had signed a contract and did not want to lose my money so I stayed and cleaned the room myself. This Days Inn use to be a Motel 6 and the pictures on the internet site do not match the room. Days Inn should be ashamed of themselves for franchising this place. I REPEAT I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL. I travel around 200 to 250 days a year. I've stayed in motels, hotels all over America. This place SUCKS. I normally don't post such negative things especially while still staying at the facility, but I hope this will save a traveler from making the mistake I did.

Check-in was at 3:00pm and we arrived at 3:30pm only to be told a room wasn’t ready yet and to come back 30 minutes and one might be available. We decided to go have an early dinner and returned 90 minutes later and a room still wasn’t available. I suspected these manager(s) wanted low overhead and hire only one maid/room cleaner for the whole establishment, and walking into the room (Room 211) we were given, confirmed I wasn’t too far off in my opinion. It was not a Days Inn room or even a motel I’ve ever experienced, but we felt we walked into an abandoned motel that was turned into a homeless shelter for a couple of seasons and then auctioned off to the highest bidder to turn around and rent out rooms without one iota of cleaning or updating. It was a motel room from Hell. The room stank of cigarette smoke and mold, the carpet at the front door appeared unvacuumed for weeks. The two queen beds were made but on inspection, only the top bedsheets were clean while the bottom bedsheets were never changed, along with the pillow cases where only one of the three pillows on each bed had a clean pillow case while the other two were not. One bed skirt was ripped the length on one side, and the floor under both beds was laden with dust bunnies and trash from prior tenants. The surfaces on all of the furniture looked unsanitary with dust and film that haven’t seen a cleaning towel for days. The walls appeared to have been painted 20 years ago with a gash of chipped-off paint running along one wall. There were splotches of stains that appear to be projectile vomit that never got cleaned, and the door trim was coated with mold. The front door security latch was also broken, useless and never fixed. The heater/air conditioner unit was disgustingly dirty and never had a wipe down in years. The bathroom was the worst. Only having a set of towels on a flimsy wooden holder, there was no soap for the sink or bath, and the sink was also grimy and unkempt and likely plugged with hair as it took 30 minutes to drain completely after washing your hands. The bathroom floor and walls showed signs that it had never been cleaned for weeks and had splatters that looked suspiciously like blood and diarrhea—horrendous! And what topped that off was the bottom of the bathroom door was completely kicked in leaving a gaping hole with what appears to be blood splatters behind the door. They never bothered to even replace the door! We were stuck here for the night because, due to the hype and popularity of the upcoming total eclipse, every hotel in the path of totality was booked solid at inflated prices, so there were no other options this late in the game.

First of all, there was a $100 surprise security deposit when you checked in that was not mentioned when I resurved the room online. were first given room 214, room consisted of a king bed that was stiff lumpy and terribleto sleep on, 2 bed side tables, a mirror beside the bed with a bench/table a dresser and TV above it, a small round table 2 chairs, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, 2 burner stove and a sink. The bathroom was small with tub and tiny toilet with the sink and mirror in the kitchenette (yes two different types of sinks next to each other) I'm glad I always check everything before completely bringing everything inside the room, the bathtub was constantly dripping because it was broken and couldn't be darned on or make the dripping stop. So they thankfully moved us to room 212. Again, I check everything. I found a small roach on the head of the bed, killed it, but didn't see any more. The room looked clean at first glance, and we were told that the room had JUST been cleaned. It smelled like cleaning supplies, but if you looked under the furniture, there were crums everywhere, especially under the bed. The other complaints I had were: fire alarm disconnected no battery left by the kitchen sink, bed sheets were very stained some looked like blood stains (we slept on top of the covers), no light bulbs or burnt out bulbs in the light fixtures, the bathroom door latch was bent out because it only had one screw in it and it bit me a couple times because of that, also the dead bolt had beed ripped off so no locking the soor that way, and lastly the plug that the ac/heater was plugged into had burn marks and was slightly melted 🫠 not safe! They do have a laundry room. Their "breakfast" is laughable and particularly of order. Also, when we tried to get back in our room for our second of three nights, we had to go get our card re-programed because it wouldn't work.

PSA!!!!!!!!I booked a room at this place through booking.com for 3 nights. First things they seemed very cool at first until I went to my first room. The bathroom was very nasty. The tub wasn’t cleaned at all. I requested another room due to the tub, the man at the front desk gave me a second room on the second floor. Everything seemed cool until I saw a ROACH crawling on the wall. Of course I had to move out of that room they where everywhere the floor the wall. So he moved me to another room. At this point I was in my third room. As soon as I got in there I looked around for bugs immediately. No bugs but the air didn’t work it was 79 degrees I could barley breath and it smiled like some Indian food was warmed up very spicy. I had to request another room but at that point I didn’t want to stay my entire reservation I was done and requested a refund. The worker told me that he would put me in another room because he doesn’t have access to give me a refund. I called the place I booked with and they reassured me that they would give me a refund after they spoke with the property within 21 hours. LIESSSSS!!!! The next day I called the booking place and they hung up on me. I called the property and they hung up, called them back and they said that they would have to talk to the General Manager. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a night ever it’s not clean, and very unprofessional.

Think this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'd say you get what you pay for but it was Indy 500 weekend so massively inflated prices. Location not good as it's between several main roads - I recommend ear plugs. General upkeep is like student accommodation - poor quality painting, marks in bath, broken fittings, coloration on towells. Oh and "breakfast" is a joke of an offering. Not great but we can live with this stuff. I arrived at about 1 am after a long flight and there's no one at the desk or no bell to alert anyone. Was several minutes before I just banged on something. Then I was clearly given a smoking room when non-smoking was booked. I didn't actually notice for two days because I was so tired after travelling and by then I didn't bother to change it for one more night - there was a recognisable smell in hindsight but I just put it down to something else at the time. More annoying but some of that's my mistake. What really pushed the ranking down was exposed wiring behind a plug socket. How can you rent out a room with exposed electrical wiring? It looked live as well! More research in future I think.

Slow, slow check in process. Rep was friendly enough, but only after I was. That was the best part of my visit and it was all downhill from there. There was a lot of noise from the other guests The whole time. The room was absolutely filthy. Someone had left a pair of dirty jeans hanging up in the bathroom, which looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The ceiling was caving in and the faucet in the dirty tub was broken. There was one roll of toilet paper and one empty roll. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet, just a top sheet and blanket. The walls and floors and counters were dirty. There were a couple of dead bugs on the floor and one in the light fixture dome. Yuck. There was an unfortunate homeless man going through the garbage can outside of my room. He finished putting things in his shopping cart and then walked up the stairs to the second floor to look in the trash up there. I wouldn't stay there again.
