Where to start? My booth was filthy. There was no music playing. I had to ask the waitress for 3 things at once when she finally showed up because she kept disappearing. It was weird. I asked for a refill of water, and was given a strange water-sprite mixture. Ten minutes later, I got a chance to tell her about the water. I asked for some non-sprite water and a box. I don't know how long I waited but I can only assume she hiked across Emerson Avenue and had a couple conversations and a cigarette before she returned with those things. There's more kids! So, I asked for my bill. She said, I give that to you upfront. I went upfront. The dude with the long white beard just kind of looked at me until I explained twice that I was trying to pay for my meal. The waitress appeared and told me the total. I asked her for a bill I could glance at and she seemed completely flummoxed. She pressed a gazillion buttons and finally slammed it down. By this point, I asked why I was being treated so badly. She mumbled that she didn't know what i was talking about, which does kind of check out. I offered a couple examples and the dude with the beard was like, "apologize. apologize." she finally got it and said she'd had a long day. I just can't quite believe a family of 4 or a couple would have been treated the same way as me, a visible minority, dining alone....

When I went to pick up my order in the drive thru pick up, the team member could not find my order in the system and assumed that I ordered at another Pizza Hut location. Even after showing my email with the matching Pizza Hut address, my confirmation number, and my order, I did not receive an apology, nor any solutions for correcting the order.
It honestly felt like the team member threw her hands in the air and expected me to just drive away because she said she didn’t see my name/order in their system, despite showing proof of order and payment.
After no attempt to rectify the error, I asked for the manager. The manager came up, offered no apology, and asked the same exact questions the team member asked. “What’s your name?” “Do you have the confirmation number?” (Showed him the same email)
Surprisingly, he, too, did not offer any solutions to possibly fix the user error and treated me the same way the team member did. I gave my phone number and only after that, did the manager find my order in the “cashed out” portion of the system, and see that my order was waiting in the warmer. I was handed my order with, again, no apology and no regard for the trouble they caused. Highly disappointed in my service. Never again going to...
Read moreThis place is horrible. I ordered 3 pizzas for my family a couple weeks ago. Got them home to find out there was hardly any cheese at all on these pizzas. I’m not talking like a thin layer not enough but literally there were pieces of pizza that had not one spot of cheese on them. So I called up explained to the manager the issue they gave me credit to come back in and get a replacement. Fast forward to the writing of this review. I come back in to pick up the replacement order this time I check at the counter and the same thing as before. No cheese on the majority of the pizzas, except for the cheese pizza this time around, The front cashier called the manager up and she proceeded to tell me that unfortunately when they cut the pizza it pulls all the cheese off. I kind of looked at her dumbfounded, wondering if she was truly that much of an idiot. I said really your gonna tell me that when you cut the pizza it pulls cheese off it to where there is no cheese at all on the pizza. She said yes and then said we put the same amount of cheese on every pizza. This place is a joke and I will not be returning here. The manager was rude, on top of treating me like I was a complete idiot. I guess she expects other people to believe that cheese evaporates when a knife touches it. Complete...
