AT&T Store — Local services in Indianapolis

Terrible service!!! I went there looking for some type of prepaid internet/cable option. Comcast offers prepaid services that don't require a credit check so I was sure ATT did. I mentioned several times to the worker that I DID NOT want my credit ran for service. We had a conversation about it, I let her know I didn't want it to affect my credit she clearly understood my request. Even when she asked for my social I reaffirmed my protest of a credit check & she assured me I was fine. Well guess what there's a hard hit on my credit report from ATT. I have a go phone since I didn't want the credit check and recently I came into the store for a quick question. There was only on person working & he had a couple there. I understood & waited patiently. I bumped something & he looked. After approx 15 mins another person came in & he immediately greeted them. He looked my way I waved & said hello & he said hello. I continued to stand there for another 15 mins I came in at 7 & left at 7:30 the store closes at 8. I absolutely hate this store & their rude, lying,...

I was thinking about upgrading my phone. I didn't know if I was going to or not. I asked about any deals, etc and was told it depended on what my phone was worth. Karen took my phone I was going to use to trade in and tore my glass screen protector off it. Then she was looking for wifi and I asked why and she said so we could clear the data out of it. I said Whoa! I need to download data off my phone. I was only asking questions and wanting prices. She couldn't tell me the differences between the phone models. This was the same woman that deleted pictures off a previous because she didn't know how it worked. They pictures were in a text message and had not been downloaded yet. I do not like her. If I go back I do not want her helping me ever again. They was the AT&T on Southport Rd by Meijers. The one on Emerson Ave in Beech Grove was no help. Both stores told me different answers to the same questions. I'm going to call...

Be forewarned : Robert, The store " Manager " is a liar and con artist, my monthly AT&T phone bill is 25 percent more than I discussed with Robert, I called several times and spoke with Robert about this and other issues regarding the phone and the response was always the same, let me call you back... it never happened! I wish I had read the reviews b4 I went there, biggest mistake I have made in my lifetime regarding a Cellular phone, potential customers pls beware warned you will regret the day you walked in this store and signed a contract and pls remember this store is not an AT&T store only an Authorized seller which adds to the cost of your phone bill, plus... they don't give a rats behind about you after the sale.
