Man, I was really hoping my son finally found a trusted barber in (or around) town. The first haircut my man did for my son was beautiful, well-styled, and fresh (all the pop a teenage kid desires). But…it’s always that second haircut that proves a business’s consistency for me. Today, my son shows TWO (you heard it right folks) pictures of the style he wanted and…my man’s blew it. Almost shaved my kids whole head. Actually, I’m just disappointed. I know this company is good folk, fun, and entertaining. But, today…either my man’s had an OFF day or this was deliberate. It ain’t skill ‘cause I’ve seen the work this place can do. Either way, the search continues.

Hey Chris,
I, sincerely, appreciate your reply. I just disagree with your response, is all. Truth be told, there is a discrepancy in your statement. You were not the one who cut my son’s hair. It was another individual, both times. The second discrepancy: my son doesn’t have straight hair. It’s curly. And, although you weren’t there today because today is a holiday, it appears supervision (in my opinion) is recommended in your absence. It’s all love from me, really, Chris but…while your mannerisms demonstrate a quality of refinement, the performance of my son’s haircut is lackluster. My son even vocalized his disapproval with the barber when he was there after the haircut. So, the questions are: Do you resolve mistakes by replying to messages? Or, do you find a solution for your customers when your company makes mistakes?
