Nelson's Jewelers — Attraction in Benton

We recently moved here to Arkansas and have been looking for a in house trusted jeweler and I came across Nelson Jewlers to take my jewelry into. My husband went there with a ring that we've had that had a diamond missing to purchase a diamond from them and have it set into my ring he went there to get it fixed because of previous work we've had done with them and trusted them. My husband pd for the stone and got in set into my ring went and picked up the ring kept it in the box and when he went to give me the ring I opened it and the diamond wasn't in the setting and had fallen out this wasn't even a week after my husband got the repair from them I called and explained and they said to bring it in and they would make it right. I took the ring in and they said that the diamond that fell out wasn't the one they repaired when that was the area it was missing in and beings it wasn't there ring they can't warranty it even though we purchased the diamond from them and trusted the work to be done all I wanted was for them to make it right beings it happened quickly after my husband picked it up from them I did try a few times to call and bring it to there attention because I was in Utah at the time my husband gave me the ring and they we're out on vacation Im upset because my husband did this for me because my mom just passed away and he wanted too make me happy in utah by fixing my ring im also upset because its hard to find a trusted jeweler that does good quality work all my jewelry is mainly from my mom and I don't feel comfortable when it comes to repairs sending them out because the diamonds/gems in all my jewelry mean alot too me because there heirs from my mother that recently passed away. So now im out money from the repair and a ring that's the same way as it was when my husband took it in all I wanted was for them to make it right...
