Cheap Sleep Furniture and Mattresses — Attraction in Bentonville

They just delivered a torn mattress and and a bent bed frame. We asked delivery guys to take back the damaged goods.?When we asked for a replacement manager first refused telling that it is just cosmetic issue and they will not replace the damaged goods. After multiple discussions the manager gave us the refund, holding 25% of our money. We lost Close to 432.00 $, cost of doing business with them . Now I am planning a file a lawsuit to get our money back completely. I suggest no one should buy any thing from this unethical business establishment ever. If you do it is at your own risk. What is shown and what gets delivered is totally different. Like you buy an horse and get donkey delivered , above that they will ask extra money to replace the donkey, and not sure if they replace donkey with another donkey and again rip you off with additional delivery charges.

Also the reply comments from some unknown person below is all lie. Store manager did not offer us any free replacement instead he told us we have to pay additional delivery charges for replacement. I have it all documented...

Great price. In and out quickly. Delivery price was very high. Bought a "brand new" box spring, but after I got home and removed the plastic it had 5 seperate 4-5 inch tears(or cuts) in the fabric. I called them on it. Although, they did offer for me to bring it back and swap it, it was a pain for me to get it home in the first place, I wasn't keen in the idea. He then said, "it doesn't effect the support", I agreed but said that "a torn-up box spring isn't what I was buying and wouldn't have paid that price for what I got. He disagreed and argued that I was "still getting a good deal" because the price was low. No apology or good customer handling. Overall, I'd go back, but I wouldn't trust any of the employees to do the right thing or care if they didn't. It's partly my fault for not inspecting the item closely through the plastic, but I didn't expect I had to, or that they wouldn't either. It's almost like they picked this one, to get rid of, and didn't say...

It was Sunday afternoon and we were able to put together a very nice wooden bed frame that I had craftsmen make for me 15 years ago. It was important to me (anyway) and we had it shipped from NYC, where I lived before moving to Bentonville. Most of my life, I had McRoskey beds. But, now I'm in Arkansas. And, the bed we had now needed to get a boxspring to work in the reconstituted bed frame. It was 4 pm, and Pamela said I needed to get a boxspring right now, so we could use the bed tonight. I had no idea how to do that. She called Cheap Sleep (that did not sound like McRoskey) and handed me the phone. I got lucky. I ended up talking with Mariano. He gave me great advice and a good price. And, he delivered the boxspring shortly after 5pm. He took care of the placement (there were a few twists and turns), but Mariano made it all work, in a professional and friendly manner. I am a forever a fan of Mariano and highly recommend...
