Man what an experience, declined a held item from there app, was on hold for 30minutes only to get disconnect. The sales representive (DJ) that assisted me and answered the phone declined my hold with several units available. The representative lied and furthered judged me based on my selection of games and items i traded in. The Representatives pushed their "not free program" and after declining 3 times he called me an idiot for not accepting the offer. Sometimes when you walk into a GameStop youâre greeted with âWanna sign up for a pro rewards cardâ Etc.. before even saying hello and always pushing promotions down your throat.
When I came to this GameStop, I was picking up Zelda: Linkâs Awakening on the Switch. The store is well-organized and has everything youâd expectâgames, consoles, collectibles, all of it. The staff were super helpful, too.
