Thai Me restaurant — Restaurant in Biddeford

The waitress was extremely rude on my receipt. The name says AC just to be clear it was not the lady bartending. It was the lady who was bringing the food from the kitchen. She was extremely rude. the the lady who gave me the food she was very rude started yelling and screaming at me as soon as I walked in the door what’s my name with it? I want that I order to the point where I just couldn’t answer her until she stopped after I told her that I called him five minutes ago, but they told me my order would be 20 minutes I was just stepping into pay and step back out and wait. My food came right out so fast which made me nervous however, I got home and of course everything was raw. My sticky rice was inside of a bag like a lunch, foldable bag and it wasn’t cooked. My chicken was raw shrimp was raw. So that means she rushed him to give me my food for no reason she made it seem like she didn’t want me inside of the establishment at all and that is very fine. I will never step foot in there again and I will definitely let everyone that I know that looks like me not to step foot in there at least if that lady’s there cause she needs to be fired. Her attitude was terrible. I felt so uncomfortable being in there like it was 1920...

Tonight, after an extremely hard and long day, we ordered two pad thai’s and one spring roll with shrimp. The spring roll had no shrimp, and the two dishes were ordered one with two stars and one without. The one without was for me, 19 weeks pregnant and can’t eat spice due to severe heartburn. When we opened our bag, one was labeled two stars and the second was labeled one star, both looking the exact same. Again, we order 2 stars and ZERO stars. I tried to eat it and simply could not because it was extremely spicy. When I called, a gentleman answered and proceeded to tell me that it absolutely didn’t have spice on it because he packed it himself - yet it was labeled 1 star? Did you taste it sir? I don’t think so. I told him he had no place telling me it had no spice when I absolutely could not eat it. I work in the service industry and try my best to rectify any wrongdoing that may have occurred. This man did not even attempt to make the situation better. We absolutely will not be back and I will be telling everyone we know to go elsewhere. Shame on you for your horrendous...

I was extremely disappointed by the food. I haven’t left a review before, but I was so shocked by the food we were given from a place with 4 stars. I ordered orange chicken off of the “Thai ME Signature” section, and I was immediately let down. The breading wasn’t even on the chicken because it was so soggy, and for some reason it tasted and looked almost exactly like an Italian marinara sauce. The meat was really hard and dry and tasted like it was cooked in the microwave from a box. We picked it up at the time we were told to, so I didn’t think it would taste so old. It’s not fair to judge a sit-down restaurant on their takeout, but this specific dish was really bad, especially for the upscale looks of the dining area (it came with baby carrots cut in half). We also ordered two pad thai dishes with the spiciest level of heat and they didn’t add any spiciness to the sauce by accident, but the pad thai itself was really good! Overall, my meal the worst takeout food I’ve ever gotten, but the other meals were good and the staff was friendly, so I will give them...
