Harbor Freight — Attraction in Biloxi

We were traveling from Slidell, La. To Spanish Fort Al. This was one of four stops in the search for some Clearance Ramps they had. The Bay St. Louis store manager searched online for a store still set. We were sent to the Biloxi store to find out they had none available. The store manager at the Biloxi store overheard me saying we were sent there from Bay St Louis, and he did it without us asking. We made the executive decision to sell us the display units! These guys went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and had what we needed! While waiting for the other gentleman to remove the ramps. I couldn't help but notice this manager's dedication while working the cash register. He smiled as he greeted every customer entering those doors. I can't get enough of Harbor Freight. I absolutely love this store. So many items to choose from no matter the item you're shopping for. Employees all friendly, knowledgeable of products in store and its location and they're eager to help you with all your needs. Store is always clean and isles are clear of merchandise & products so there's no hassle of walking thru the store. Shelves are stocked with an array of products. Prices are very reasonable. I love their sales and especially their coupons. I get email and text notifications so that I get the latest on new products, flyers and coupons to use. I recommend Harbor Freight Tools to everyone. I have shopped at Harbor Freight for years. The crewmembers at the Biloxi Store are hands down the best I have ever encountered. Their willingness to help makes every trip a pleasant experience. Their friendliness is geniune and in this day and age its refreshing to be able to shop in a friendly atmosphere. I will never order online because I enjoy the time I spend shopping at this location. There are no words to compliment their customer service, Impressive, is an understatement. The store is always clean and organized and well stocked.
