WARNING: IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STAY It is not a safe place to stay. We’re military family on the way PCSing (permanent change of station) He picked this place at the first night since we started the journey because he said stay in here they have security and safe for us and from some point who have stayed here and we have things on our vehicles because we’re moving everything. When getting in it’s very sketchy with people smoking everywhere and no security gate or any person. NO CAMERA for the parking lots ONLY at the place when cars turn!!! We went to the room we booked with the thought we paid and will be safe in here!! In the morning we walked to the truck and BOOM Nothing left i meant NOTHING!! It was not 1-2 items/boxes!!! THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING on the truck!! CLEANED (STOLE) EVERYTHING! I meant EVERYTHING!!! We have ab 10-15 big boxes of things because moving to another station!! Everything we have for the house for food for clothes for baby for furniture for EVERYTHING!! You should know that despite this being a highly rated hotel, it is not a safe place to stay. If you look at other bad reviews (as I wish I had) you will see that theft is a common problem here. We stayed for 1 night and parked our car in the hotel parking lot. All of OURS's belongings, as we were moving her across country. We had stayed in a number of lesser hotels (Holiday Inn Express, etc) where we asked management about the safety in their parking lot and were assured there were cameras and security guards. We (foolishly) assumed a hotel like the Hard Rock BILOXI would have the same. After some hrs sleeping we discovered our entire truck had been stolen EVERYTHING. We went back to the front desk and they called security - waited hrs and they can’t do NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING!!! They tried to say WE DO have security and camera but they DO NOT have for the car LOTS!! why we spend money on you to not feel safe? They called my husband later that day to get more info then the man made fun of my husband got the lesson and laughed!! my husband said I need the number of your GENERAL MANAGER but he didn and made excuses!! They told us they would investigate and get back and we heard ZERO from them/their MANAGERS till now. The big brand of Casino Hotel that you think you could feel safe when spending time/money on them don't show their care and consideration. Replacing all of the items in the truck will be very expensive, and that was the worst experience that i have with the hotels even being traveled a lot! The HARD ROCK bran casino hotel don't even want to make a show of good faith considering their reputation! This hotel was recommended to us by a number of pp who frequent visit Biloxi. If you aren't robbed, I suppose it would be a nice place to stay. But why wouldn't a hotel that spends lavishly on decor AND makes tons of dollars a day on their casino operation care enough about their guests to ensure their hotel is a safe and secure place? They told we left their hotel while we didn’t have a piece of clothes to wear!! We reported police too THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STAY!!!

The location was good in that that's where our large group was staying for a Golf Tournament. Beyond that, it was an awful experience. We found out we needed an additional night and my husband called to book it. They said they were sold out and only had a room available for the extra night in the Platinum Tower. We booked it and just planned to change to the Royal Tower for the reminder of the trip. The Platinum Tower was okay. Cool power shades -- wasn't really a fan of the glass door to bathroom and how dark it was in the room overall. But at least that room didn't smell like smoke too badly. Check in took nearly an hour. And then we were told they couldn't add my name to the reservation since my husband made it via the call center originally and we'd need to call back so I could check in the following day. So my husband called --- and after some back and forth was told to come BACK down to the desk. Where it was not a problem at all to add me to the reservation. The next morning we got up early and went to check out of room 1 -- we were about to ask if they could hold luggage in the back when the person helping us informs us: we can go ahead and check into the other room right now. It's clean and ready... Hmmmmmm, they couldn't book us the room before but it's ready at 6 am? We did appreciate being able to drop our luggage on the way out the door. The Royal Tower -- our room smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. The carpet felt slightly damp. There was popcorn on the floor. The shower glass had soap scum all over. The shower had three shower heads, but only one worked -- and, of course it was the overhead one. The towels were stained and so used you could see through them in some spots. (I requested new ones and they were brought up quickly) We were woken up at 3 am by women physically fighting in the hallway. Anything that entered that hotel had to be washed --- even if it didn't go near the casino. Everything smelled like smoke, including our luggage. I have no idea how this property has such a high rating. It's tired, wore down, service wasn't good at all. And it's expensive!

This is an A1 review so thumbs me up!!! Arrived on 4-9-25 and was greeted by Shelby. She wasn't the friendliest but got the job done. I did request a microwave that never came 😑 because I always tend to have leftovers. Stayed at the Platinum Royal Tower gulf view. 4/10 rate The first room 810 gave cheap vibes. The sofa had suspect white stains throughout. I was not sitting on that. The cabinet that kept the mini fridge was broken and would not shut so I ran into it a few times It was near the door. The shower head over the top didn't work and both were full of crude and mildew ewww. The room was very dusty. The floor was dirty. It just was not the vision I had for my birthday. Went to the customer service desk because you can't call it goes to the call center which is an inconvenience but anywho. I saw Shelby again and she did switch the rooms. I couldn't see the new room without giving up the keys to the 1st room. 8/10 The 2nd room 1110 was much better. Love the remote shades and the view is a 9 missing the sunrise. TV was in a great position that we didn't watch lol but was loud upon arrival. The over-the-head shower head was inoperable but more clean than the 1st room. The rooms smelled fresh like something was in the vents. Now granted every morning you would get a strong wind of smoke from the casino around the Sametime it was awful. Once you get past that it would be gone for the day! Elevators are busy but secured which is great and operate by key card. The hotel itself is designed well. Lacks a buffet like some of the others. I wish they had that option other than just Easter. We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe, Sugar Factory, 5 Pie, and Ben and Jerry and will rate those separately. However, in order Sugar Factory was our fav, 5 Pie, Ben and Jerry always a delight, and Hard Rock nahhh but service great! I would stay again but I want to experience some of the other Hotel/Casinos. Hope I didn't miss anything. Parking free and easy to navigate. Close by things to do in either direction.

I’ve been dreading making this review, but it is time. My husband and I (sometimes we bring family, including kids) have been coming to Hard Rock since 2018.Just over four years ago I was able to give it a five star review. But it seems over the last 3 years things have gone completely downhill. We have been put in a suite three different times in the Royal Tower, where we’ve called maintenance to fix the door knob and as of the last week of 2024 that same door knob is still about to fall off the door…. to be honest if someone tried they could just pull it off. Things are not clean like they used to be; the whole place needs a thorough scrubbing, including the elevators. Most of the rooms no longer are truly clean, they have torn up curtains, door knobs that are hanging, torn up lampshades, torn up furniture & plugs don’t work. Showers are now hit or miss whether they heat up. And a couple of months ago we had our first pest issue. Most of the staff has become rude and it just feels like everyone there hates their job. I had a house cleaner cuss me once when I asked her if I could get a towel from her cart. Room service pretty much chooses their own hours. And the shops shut down at midnight so after that, you can’t even get a bottle of water anywhere in the building, unless you go to the casino floor, which is not practical in the middle of the night. You are also the only hotel left with no valet and most of the new games end up broken fast because people are beating the buttons to death with no one stopping it. I know some of this might seem Insignificant, but when you’re dropping the kind of money we are to play you expect better. We are really big travelers and when you can stay in chain hotels that are nicer and cleaner you start taking note. Our last visit we just could not stay at the casino so we stayed at another and used uber to just come play. I sincerely hope that y’all can make some changes in the near future to improve the quality there.

So I’ve played stayed and dined at hard rock many times but unfortunately never made it my primary destination. Well after this trip hard rock I will definitely be merging over from that C property down the road. Let’s start with booking the rooms. It was myself and my 5 employees so we needed 2 rooms.. full comp on the first and discounted second one while receiving the best customer service ever on the phone while booking. Arrival was super smooth and easy check in was fast and again great customer service. Get to the rooms they tried their best to accommodate our wishes of being side by side and they were very clean and smelled great to be smoking rooms. We started out with a trip to the pool. It was huge and lots of fun. The gentleman checking us in at the pool was super nice and very comical and kept us laughing as he made laps around to clean up the pool area. The 2 red heads serving at the pool bar were super helpful and fast with service for the demand there. Next we visited our five where everyone got a personal pizza that was the absolute best pizza ever. The girls started all 3 mornings out with Dunkin that was super fresh donuts and amazing coffee beverages. We finished off one evening with sugar factory that was just all around amazing service and food. I hit my biggest jackpot ever and the slot attendant was super professional and sweet and even helpful with other things I needed at the time and didn’t want to leave my machine. Over all just hands down an amazing experience and I’m so glad we checked out from down the road and decided to stay a few more days with hard rock because yall truly made our work trip memorable. Oh yea and overall prices are so much more reasonable for things such as sunblock, cigarettes, drinks and gift shop items!!

Only booked one night, and I regret not booking at least 2. Labor Day weekend, they were full, but I asked anyway. I was excited about the pool but the weather wasn't good so we will be back a future sunny weekend. Though we saw we could pay $20-$30 a head depending on the day and just enjoy their pool in the future. The reviews I read had me leary at first. However, we were pleasantly surprised at our great experience. Check-in was quick and friendly. I believe the chick's name was Heather. Informed us about everything since we had never stayed they before. Bellhop took our luggage when we pulled up and was waiting on our floor at our room. Cool guy. He helped when we left the next morning. The room was incredible! Didn't smell like smoke at all like the reviews were saying. The shower, the windows, and decor, the bed, the in room coffee was all amazing! The music channels they had going on the TV had me downloading all kinds of new music I hadn't heard before. Could have sat in the room all day just doing that. The in lobby Dunkin and Pizza Place were great. Had breakfast at the Sugar restaurant, and that was surprisingly good. The whole lobby, casino, cafe had so much signed memorabilia hanging on every inch of wall. Felt like a music museum. Something cool to see every where you looked. I wanted to try the robot bartenders, but didn't get a chance to. Days later my husband and I are still talking about our stay. Can't wait to get back :)
