Carver Theatre for the Performing Arts — Attraction in Birmingham

Tight seating as usual for most places leg room challenges. Very nice facility changes. My mother was in car accident as I stood after several sat on row. 2 broken ribs. The theater had good acoustic, comfy chairs, easy in and out and always good music. Listened to quite a bit of Jazz in that theater and have never been disappointed. I am not sure why attendance is usually low, it could be one of the hot venues in town. The renovated Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame is highly functional and its foyer is a nice place for a function.
