This is a nice blacktop paved trail around a small lake for walking or bicycling. Mostly even, there are a few moderate hills. The lake allows kayaking and canoeing, although I have not been on the water. As the lake has a lot of pressure fishing can be tough. A dog park is nearby. Sometimes just walking and taking pictures is nice.
I was asked if a kayak needed to be registered for Remembrance Lake. No, Blue Springs has no registration. Only Electric motors are allowed of powered. Missouri does have certain registrations, so check those if unsure.

I see some people fishing and even using kayaks there. We like to walk at night because it's peaceful and you can see the path by moonlight. There's two parking areas, on the north and south sides.
