Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Blue Springs

Excellence in customer care and merchandise selection and store cleanliness. Took my mom and sister to this location after seeing it on a visit to Michaels. Oh my, was I pleasantly surprised! I had been searching for summer dresses and we all know Ross is the place for dresses! I slid inside to find a well stocked store! There was selection galore! I purchased 4 dresses and vowed to bring mom and sis soon. Came back less than a week later and wow, more inventory had arrived! I was able to snag 4 more dresses ranging in price of $9.99 to $16.99. This store was an awesome find for us. We all left with about $80-$100 worth of cute merch. This Ross has amazing selections and I shall return to Blue Springs for more exciting finds here! Thanks to all the staff who keep this store looking so much more organized than others...

I usually have a good experience shopping here. Not only was this the first time I was uncomfortable here but it was due to an employee at the store. Her name is Denay she had an orange tag underneath her badge which made me feel that she might be a manager. As I was walking past her she was talking to another employee loudly and stated" if people are going to be trashy and still at least take the tags off." She said this loudly as I was walking past and made me feel uncomfortable like the statement was directed towards me. never have I ever felt this way at this store as much as I shop here. The cashier girl was rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude. She said to another customer who was in a return/exchange line that I should have let her check out first right in front of me while she was still ringing my items up. I have been waiting in line as long as the other customer had been. There was only one register open. The other customer was doing a return/exchange and there is a separate line for that clearly. I have gone to this location many times and never a problem like this before but this recent visit was definitely a negative experience and made me not want to go to this location...
