Five Guys — Restaurant in Blue Springs

I went here 09/30/20 at 805pm. Placed an order by phone at 755pm. When I arrived there were 4 people before me and I could tell they had been waiting for a while and weren't happy. As time passed I couldn't understand why Noone was getting their food even though the staff looked busy. Time slowly went by and before I knew it, the guy who ordered after me 20 minutes prior got his food before me. He placed his order in person. Unfortunately i didn't get my order until 840pm. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon that was supposed to have mayo, bbq sauce and hot sauce. When i got home it had no hot sauce or bbq sauce. The blue haired sister who was preparing my burger had the receipt in front of her and still got it wrong. Even after 30 minutes of waiting after i placed my order 10 minutes before i arrived, Noone said sorry for the visit or offered me a drink. First and last experience with this ocation. The staff continually ran back and forth through their kitchen for what. I do not know. Thoroughly...

The 3 guys that worked this night were absolutely incompetent. Not sure how the manager would schedule these 3 people to run the restaurant alone. Been waiting for my order for literally over an hour now and counting. After mentioning to one of the employees about the situation, they said that they were busy and are behind, to which I said that I just wanted make sure that they did not missed my order, but I was simply pushed off that they have my order “somewhere there” (pointing at the table full of wrappers for orders), and not even asking for the name on the order. I understand that you are busy, but if people that ordered after me have been receiving their food for past 15 mins, then that is a problem. Food should be made in the order that you received it. Truly terrible...

FOOD: BEST 'To-Go' Burger in town...and you can go "All the Way" or "Pick & Choose" what you want to top it. The fries are crazy good! You've gotta eat'em fresh-n-hot - SO AWESOME! And the plenty of them to go around the table. The service is quick...staff is always friendly, with the occasional "off" day... you'll only wait a bit longer than at a traditional drive-thru/fast food joint - that's why I coined it 'To Go'. It's not super fast - it's quick AND fresh! The location is almost perfect...you could almost walk to shopping, then fuel up, whoops forget you needed milk - hit the Wal-Mart in the other side of Adams Dairy next to Home Depot and you're set! #FIVEGUYS is with your stop.
