Casual Living, Fireside and Grillin' — Attraction in Bluffton

If you're looking for a new patio set, fire pit, or grill, you have to check out Casual Living, Fireside and Grillin'. Our experience there was fantastic, largely thanks to the incredible help from our salesperson, Teresa.

From the moment we walked in, Teresa was welcoming and friendly. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pieces. She didn't pressure us to buy anything and worked with us to price match, which was a huge help. What really stood out was her willingness to go the extra mile. She made sure all of our questions were answered and was kind throughout the entire process.

Just when we thought we had everything sorted, we had to make a last-minute change to our delivery date. We were worried it would be a problem, but Teresa handled it with ease and professionalism, making the change for us without any hassle.

The positive experience didn't stop with Teresa. The store's delivery service is very affordable, and the fact that they'll take away your old furniture for a nominal fee is a massive convenience.

I’m not a customer (yet) & I’ll update when I am, but I love all the seating right outside. There are at least 30 outdoor chairs to try out including an oversized one that’s great for photos. I haven’t gone inside yet but I’m tempted to because the seats outside & the radio music is a comfortable place to wait for a bit. The sidewalk ends at this corner of Persimmon so it’s a nice place to catch a taxi or watch for the DMV if you have any interest in comfortable furniture. Amazing experience. We worked with Pam to select and order our Stoll Industries fireplace door. She was super helpful with guiding us through our choice and getting the measurement and installation scheduled.
