I want to rate this place better because Tanya did an awesome job on my nails and didn't seem to mind that I didn't want to talk that much. She was patient with me tending to my son and my nails still turned out awesome. She also took off my mom's nails and was polite despite the situation occuring. But sadly due to the horrible customer service of the (co?) owners daughter I'm rating this experience as bad. I wish I'd caught her name. So, instead of just taking my mom's nails back off like she asked bc they didn't fit she droned on about cutting two of my moms fingers and started catching an attitude and yelling at us when we told her to just take the nails off and implied she should just stop talking about it. "I've been doing nails for 15 years!" Okay? And you still did a terrible job, how sad is that? Just because you've been doing it a long time doesn't mean you're good at it. She even ruined one of my mom's natural finger nails it has scabs on it from being over filed, which my mom told her it was hurting and she didn't care. This woman argued with my mom's every request to do whatever she wanted instead of what my mom, her customer, requested. And my mom isn't confrontational and didn't want to ruin our day, so she didn't just call it quits at the first sign of trouble. To the daughter in question: How hard is it to just take accountability? Just say "My bad, I'll fix it". You don't have to keep talking, it will be your undoing I promise you. I will never go back to this place and will tell everyone I know considering this place to avoid it, which is such a shame because Tanya did such a great job. But the horrible service my mom got just ruined the experience completely. I'm sure she'd make a million excuses for her behavior and say "Good I don't want your business anyway!" bc that's exactly the type of person...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had an okay experience, but will probably go somewhere else going forward. I made an appointment for a dip manicure, and did not need to add tips. The girl who did my nails was very sweet, but she wasn't quite able to get the marble design I desired, claiming my nails were too short (I don't think they were in my opinion), but she made a couple doable suggestions and I was able to pick one I could settle with. The manicurist was also sweet enough to not charge me extra for the corrections on the nails I wanted the marble print on. Also, my appointment was on August 1st, and by August 9th, 3 off them had already popped off without any effort, force or tear. Anytime I have gotten these in the past at other salons, they have lasted almost a month each time. I was really disappointed that I spent $65 (tip included) for one week of nails - I could have done them myself at home for cheaper if they were only going to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy mom and I visited this salon on Tuesday for gel manicures. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. My nails were done by the older woman, and the process was quite rough from the start. She filed down my natural nails excessively using a dremel, leaving them paper thin. While cleaning up my cuticles , she cut me three times in total causing bleeding without acknowledging it at all. The gel application was also poorly done. Aside from the top coat, the polish wasnāt properly cured, causing it to remain liquid and begin peeling and leaking the very same day. Itās now only been one day, and my nails already look and feel terrible. My mom had a somewhat better experience with the younger technician, no dremel and no cuts but her gel polish is already chipping as well. Overall, we were both really disappointed with the quality and outcome of the service spending far too much money for a...
