My kids (5, 3, & 16mos. old) LOVED the Children’s Playhouse. Every detail was thoughtful and charming! The 5 & 3 year old especially loved the tree house upstairs, and the ball pit was a hit with all of my kids. There were so many fun toys and activities — I felt that we barely scratched the surface after 2 hours of continuous play.

There were thoughtful, and considerate details for parents everywhere. Adequate doors/baby gates were present to keep the smallest ones from wandering out of each of the particular areas in which we were playing. This was honestly my favorite part! My kids are energetic and keeping up with three of them all going in different directions is always a difficulty in public spaces. Here, I actually got to sit down and enjoy watching them without fearing one of them wandering off! There were also child-friendly bathrooms and changing tables available in every space.

I didn’t get to enjoy the complimentary coffee, but maybe next time! Such a nice detail.

I also loved how clean and tidy the staff keeps everything. You can tell how much they prioritize sanitation. The little bins for mouthed toys were perfect.

We will...

☆☆☆☆☆ Incredible place deserving of more than 5 stars! My 2 and 3 year old love this place dearly. I recommend the membership because there are different weekly activities, seasonal events, and coming here on a rainy day was our family's favorite. My children loved the crafts area, train sets, indoor treehouse, ball pits, cars, books, the activities are truly endless!! We celebrated my sons 3rd birthday here and it was during a January snow storm and events were still carried on and it's a beloved memory for our family!!! I would HIGHLY recommend birthday parties here! I am not best with names and am embrrassed to say I can't recall her name--but the girl who worked during our birthday party was my absolute favorite staff member, she helped me as a mom survive the stressful chaos of my sons birthday! (1/11/25 birthday!) I wanted to give her a special shout out and wish her the best. The staff are friendly, non judgemental, wonderful people!!! unfortunately we have now moved out of state..I wish the absolute best success for this establishment and will always support...

My nephew,8 and my son, 2 had a GREAT time. They played for HOURS! 3 hours and still didn't want to leave. It was 20 bucks for the two of them. Great price. Staff is sweet and made you feel comfortable. Areas for adults to sit while kids play which is nice. I wish we had this back where we are from! This is such a great place to take little ones. I planned on bringing the kiddos here before our arrival in boone and our visit was nothing short of amazing. We all had such a blast. Something to do for 18 mo up to 8 years old. It's very safe and designed so children have little to no chance of getting hurt. Not one child wasn't smiling and laughing the whole time I was there on a busy summer afternoon! Only thing that I wasn't fond of was the water area was closed for 10 minutes for cleaning then when It reopened the water spouts weren't working and there was no one in sight to help figure it out. Other than that ever thing was great and I recommend you...

The only gripe I have is the parking- It is a bit crowded. And google maps doesn’t seem to know where the actual entrance is so we ended up having to go around the block. Very clean Smells a bit like bleach when you enter, which I don’t like- especially if anyone has respiratory issues. Very neat and organized! Very SAFE. There were a few cords out and uncovered outlets that would be easy for a kid to get to. - but parents should be looking out for their kids while they play. Quiet environment and lots of sensory play options- great for neurodivergent players The staff is friendly and helpful! There is always someone around neatening up and cleaning! They are great!

I took my first child to the Children's Playhouse over 20 years ago and just returned with my 1.5-year-old. I was so happy to see that Not only was it still a wonderful place to bring children, but they had even expanded the wonderfulness. Slow income families also can get a scholarship so don't let funds stop you
