This theater is beautifully decorated and well appointed. It seems like it has been fixed up recently: the seating is clean and comfortable and the bathrooms a large and modern.
Parking is not attached to the theater, but there is plenty of parking around, including under the Boston Common. It is a very quick walk from there to the theater.
The hall is cozy. It's hard to imagine that any seat would be considered "bad." The orchestra section has a steep rake, so you fan easy see over those in front of you.

The staff was very friendly, welcome, funny and engaging. The place is very beautiful and "artsy".
I went to watch a movie as part of a film festival, so I only saw the 4th floor with its movie theatre, but it was all modern, nice and clean. After the movie, a documentary called "Love Boat: Taiwan", the filmmaker was available for a Q&A.
