Mr. Gao’s Art Studio is a great place for students and kids of all ages to learn art. Whether it be sketching, painting, or coloring; Mr. Gao’s Art Studio is a safe space where studios can learn to follow certain restrictions in different projects but still find ways to unleash their creativity with the limitations provided. I had and still currently have personal experience in Mr. Gao’s Art Studio. I was a student starting in middle school at intermediate level and over the years moved over from intermediate level to advanced and from advanced to professional. My experience being a student there have always been great even after covid lessened and everyone was struggling to adapt but Mr. Gao’s Art Studio provided online classes to students so they could always have something fun to look forward without their parents being worried about whatever sickness their kids might come across while being in another space. Now I have personal experience as a teacher for almost 3 years working at Mr. Gao’s Art Studio and it has been amazing getting to work with students and kids since I have been through the process myself. The kids I teach and help Mr. Gao (owner, my boss, teacher) teach most of the time if not always are happy coming in to work on new art works or even still continue working on the previous project to improve their product. Without biased opinions and putting aside my thoughts, I would definitely encourage other parents to bring their kid(s) who are interested in art, to try out Mr. Gao’s Art Studio. It is a place I would bring my future kid(s) to have fun and do art, if they are interested in doing so. Attached are some of the artwork i have done as a student there and artwork that students learn how to do:

I’ve been here as a student for almost 10 years now and I have learnt so much. From the different techniques and mediums that we used, every lesson is thoughtfully planned out. I can tell that the kids in all levels really enjoy learning, drawing, and most of all, having fun! I highly recommend this place, especially the summer camps!!

My Son attended Mr Gao’s summer camp. It was fantastic! Mr Gao were incredibly dedicated and thoughtful in their planning. The highlight was the museum visit for art immersion and live sketching—what an amazing experience! The kids had fun while learning so much. Highly recommend to other parents!

Mr.Gao's Art Studio is a gem in the heart of Boston that has gained a reputation for excellence in the world of art education. This award-winning studio is a place where creativity knows no bounds.

Their commitment to providing the highest quality art programs to the community is evident. This dedication is not just a claim; it's a reality that has made them a standout choice for art enthusiasts.

As showcased, Mr.Gao's Art Studio has won multiple art contests and their 2023 art show was a tremendous success. This demonstrates their commitment to nurturing talent and pushing artistic boundaries.

Our two children adore the educators at Mr.Gao’s Studio and get lost in the work. By practicing techniques, experimenting with different mediums, we can see our children refining their craft over time.

I would highly recommend anyone to Mr.Gao’s Studio interested in art at any skill level. Thank you Mr.Gao and team, will see you at...

Been there for quite a few years on the weekends. I started at intermediate class and quickly got into the professional class through Mr. Gao's help, transforming my artistic thoughts into the paper from basic cartoony, fun drawings to realism based on hand-accurate measurements and proportions that truely make my drawings pop. On top of that, I had enjoyed multiple pieces of watercolor and acrylic art during my professional classes which some had won honors during a competition. Throughout the learning process, Mr. Gao was really helpful, but also knows when to let loose and let the student put in hands-on work, working on their personal growth. I really enjoyed the program and highly recommend it to beginners, especially younger kids who are interested, or advanced artists that want to pick up some...
