I’m not one for posting reviews, I NEVER do it but this place warrants it this place is absolutely amazing, the food and the service.

Service: I came in once and the place was packed and their credit card machine was down so they were just giving food to people that didn’t have cash, saying “If you don’t have cash don’t leave, will just give you an IOU and they were giving away food and writing what they owe on a piece of paper and giving it to them! Completely trusting the customer.

Then yesterday I called and ordered a sandwich right before they closed. When I got there they didn’t have enough for the sandwich due to an honest mistake someone in the store ordered it at the exact same time and it was the last one so the guy literally took HIS OWN sandwich out of his lunch that he’d just made for himself and gave it to me. You can’t beat that service that was awesome these people care about their customers. And this is just the service side of things.

Food: Fantastic I’ve never been disappointed. If you don’t know they were featured on the tv show Chopped twice. They have daily specials which are consistently great and an awesome menu. They give you a free brownie or blondie or bag of chips with every order if you pay cash. They also donate to I think St. Jude Children’s Hospital if you pay cash also. Just a bonus to make you feel good about eating delicious food.

Overall this place is above and beyond an awesome lunch place. Highly recommend I won’t go anywhere...

I said this to the owners, but have to give my kudos on here as well. You always hear or see places on shows and social media. Figaro's is one of those places I heard about for years from Phantom Gourmet, but had never tried since I usually work nights. But today, I was out early, and I remembered them. The place is small and busy, but they moved through the crowded line so fast and were super friendly. The ordering process may take some getting used to. But once you do it, it's easy. I got the Sonny Corleone wrap, which is one of their most popular, and it was delicious. Literally, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I dined in trying to take a picture and told myself I would only eat half, but I ended up inhaling it in 10 minutes. It was that good! And they have a deal where you can add a brownie/Blondie for a $1 extra. I even got a different sandwich to bring home, and will try more next time. Just overall, a fantastic spot that I have told friends about already and will be back, even if it is out of the way. I worked at a deli at a supermarket for years, and it's not easy, especially in a small space, so I just wanted to give them some love since I know how it is. Support small businesses. Especially places that serve food you can't get...

Italian sub was one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfect amount of hots, onions, lettuce and seasoning. Cold cuts were top of the line.

Also knew it was gonna be a good spot when I walked in and they were playing Juicy by Biggie Smalls. And when I asked if they put balsamic on it the kid gave me a funny look and said that’s not supposed to be on an Italian. I’ve had plenty of newer sub shops that for some strange reason think putting balsamic on an Italian sub is ok. It’s not and this needs to change.

Anyways, their Italian sub is an amazing sub and I wish they were opened on the weekends. It would be worth the 15 minute drive into Boston but I’ll enjoy this spot as my go to Italian sub spot when I’m in work and...
