Native Roots Dispensary Dandelion MED — Attraction in Boulder

I recently visited the Native Roots Marijuana Dispensary at the Dandelion location and unfortunately had a less-than-pleasant experience. The quality of the flowers was not up to par, and the staff's customer service left much to be desired.

The budtender I interacted with was rather rude and unhelpful. I was interested in enrolling in some program, but she was unwilling to assist me, citing that it was 15 minutes before closing time. While I understand the importance of adhering to closing times, it's disheartening to feel rushed and dismissed as a customer.

Moreover, the prices at this dispensary are on the higher side, making the overall experience less appealing. Given the combination of subpar service, mediocre product quality, and the pricing, I won't be returning to this location.

I hope this feedback helps both the dispensary and potential customers. It's essential for businesses to be aware of areas where they can improve...

Yesterday Alex gave me great information and was very knowledgeable about the products, helped me find the right patches to counter act seizures and I finally got a good nights sleep last night for the first time in forever. Today, Jack was super helpful and I got the bulk CBD patches to help me threw the month. Really appreciated the help for real, this is the best dispensary I have been too as far as the actual medicinal side goes, these guys know what they are talking about and doing. Also Logan who works here has always been very helpful in the past.
