Thank heavens for this Auto Zone location!! I had picked up some bulbs for my headlights at a different auto parts store ( big mistake) and they tried to put them in but gave up. I went to yet another one and they flat out told me they don't do that sort of thing. So I was ready to give up when I decided to pray for a miracle and stop one last time at Auto Zone. I asked if they could possibly help me with some bulbs even though I had not purchased them there. Candace the store manager without any hesitation said absolutely we can help you! She sent Richard out to get started and then together they figured it out even though it took a good amount of work. She said "Do not give me a task and not expect me to not finish it." They were both so kind! I couldn't get over it. Candace said she has a good team that prides themselves on customer service........They are killin it! Thanks Richard and Candace for going...
Read moreA month ago I came into this Auto Zone to buy some boot clamps for a cv axle. They had 3 sets in stock, I needed 4. I bought the 3 they had and headed across the street to O Reilly’s and bought 2 more, an extra one just in case.
Long story short, they didn’t work.
I just tried to return the 3 clamps to Auto Zone without my original receipt. They said I couldn’t return them without the receipt. I informed them that I had given them my phone number when I purchased the items and wouldn’t the receipt be connected to my phone number. I was in formed it was not and there was nothing they could do. The clamps I tried to return were still unopened and in the original packaging.
I then went across the street to Oreilly’s to return the 2 additional clamps I had purchased. They asked for my number and refunded my purchase within minutes.
Guess where I’ll be shopping for my automotive needs from now on? And Happy St...
Read moreI can not believe how hard I had to try to get someone to take my money today at the AutoZone in Bountiful Utah. I was practically begging to let you guys have my money. I stood there for 30 minutes with some windshield wiper blades waiting to check out. There were 6 employees that I could see and when someone finally was brave enough to make enough eye contact that he had to help me he said, "Can I help you?" and I said "yes I would like to check out" after a few long seconds with a blank stare he said "what??" so I held up my items and said I want to pay for all this stuff. It was awful.. I used to shop only at AutoZone even though i had to drive past 4 of your competitors on my way to the closest location. Seeing as it is an inconvenience for your employees to take my money I will let someone else...
