Dave Fadel and his staff are the best in the business! I can't adequately write a review and put in words in how much I and my wife appreciate Dave and all his incredible help and support over the years. Two years ago Dave helped me with finding the absolute best diamond ring for our 30th wedding anniversary and just recently helped me with a diamond solitaire pendant necklace for our 32nd anniversary. As the story goes, my wife and I visited his store the Thursday before Thanksgiving to leave a small ring to get fixed. I had my wife look at some items to get a feel for what she may like for 'future reference' while we were there ;). Secretly I called Dave after we left the store to see if by chance we could get a diamond setting done in time for our anniversary which was less than a week away. I had planned a trip to Hawaii for the two of us getting away for our anniversary leaving first thing Friday morning the day after Thanksgiving. Dave immediately went to work to see what he could do. In less than a hour after my call, he called me back to let me know he could 'make it happen'. Dave and his great team worked their incredible magic and in less than a week, had the needed gold pendant setting shipped overnight and collaborated with his jeweler to help expedite setting the solitaire stone and ready for me to come back and pick out a gold chain/necklace. I was able to leave the store on that Wednesday before Thanksgiving with that beautiful solitaire diamond pendant necklace to take with me to Hawaii which I was able to surprise my wife with on our first day there celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary. You will not find a better jeweler providing a better personal touch and experience than Dave and Fadel Fine Jewelry. They have a customer for life for all of my family's...
Read moreLONG BUT WORTH THE READ! I was referred to Fadels by a family member. I received my grandmas wedding set as a gift after my grandpa passed away from cancer. I took the ring to another jewler who cleaned it, but immediately gave it back because since it's an antique they would not be able to work on it. The wedding set's from the 1940's & diamonds were single cut. It was in VERY ROUGH SHAPE to say the least. The white gold had faded & even after cleaning looked yellow & dingy. It was soldered together, & had a large crack in the back. The band was no longer round, but more of an oval shape, also too small for my hand. Upon inspection Fadel's said the the prongs on the center stone needed repaired along with about 42 others. They offered me an incredible deal & said it would be finished in 2 weeks. The next week I took in some earrings to have them look at. To my surprise they just needed a good cleaning & proper rag ($5). The next day, they called to say they rushed the ring & it was finished. What they showed me was something from a magazine!!!! I was shaking, crying, couldn't breathe & at a loss for words. They explained that instead of 42 prongs it needed over 50 repaired. That sould have cost around $1,000. They wanted to make sure the ring was fully restored since it was a family heirloom. They fixed everything & I was not charged .01 cent over the original quoted price. They did double the work, & now have a customer for life!!! I wear it every day and after a month I'm still blown away this belonged to my granny. It's now mine, & one day I'll pass it on. THANK YOU FADELS!!! You've made a life long customer out of myself...
Read moreThe story starts with a lost wedding ring that I proposed with. She wore a few other rings, but she always really desired the original ring. It was somewhat a one-of-a-kind ring, and not something that you can just pick out of a jewelry store. Fast forward to present time, for her 50th birthday, I decided I was going to replace that original ring. I did some research, and finally settled on Fadels Fine Jewelry. There were a lot of great reviews, and it's local to me, so I went in and spoke with Dave Fadel. I asked him if he does custom jewelry and he responds with "yes, of course". I said "if I showed you pictures of an old ring, and these pictures are old by the way, with not very high quality, can you recreate the ring?" he was confident he could. I told him the ring was for my wife's birthday to replace her original ring. He asked when her birthday was, which was less than two weeks away. I told him I didn't expect it by then, and that I knew it was short notice. He said he could see what he would do. He didn't miss a beat, he asked for the pictures and got started straight away. Within days we had a diamond picked, and sure enough, when the time came and it was my wife's birthday, he gave me the call to come pick up the ring. Now let me say that he had showed me a rendered image of the ring and what it would look like. I was happy, but it was showing as slightly different than the original. When I went in to get the ring, they opened the box, and it was breathtaking! It literally brought a tear to my eye. It was so much better than I expected. Thank you so much Dave for a wonderful experience and a great gift for my wife, she will...
