Lamps Plus — Attraction in Brea

I Purchased a casa Vieja ceiling fan from Lamps Plus some 4 to 5 weeks ago. The fan was perfect for what our needs were and that’s why I purchased two one for each of our master bedroom suites. The installation was easily done and the fans perform as documented. Anytime you can get a fan that puts over 7200 CFM you know it’s going to move some air. The only problem that I had was the second fan that came in. Had a broken light lens cover. I contacted Lamps Plus in Brea, California and inform them of the broken lens cover. Apparently in the process of purchasing the fans and starting to work with Lamps Plus the part was very difficult to find. Over a period of about 2 to 3 weeks I worked with several of the employees at Lamps Plus Hosea, being one of the workers along with the store manager, and the assistant store manager.

I have to say that I worked with many retail businesses during my many decades on this earth and I’ve always appreciated good customer service. The reason I’m writing this review response is to indicate my extreme satisfaction with all of the employees at the Brea Lamps Plus store. They were very professional, responsive, Persistent, and made me feel like I wanted to go out and tell everybody, buy all of your lamps and ceiling fans and lighting from Lamps Plus especially the one in Brea. I for one will certainly be a repeat customer and look forward to going to the store or using the excellent online service for all of my future needs. My husband and I were looking to purchase two ceiling fans with lights and found them online at Lamps Plus. I texted the Brea store to check if they had them in stock and Alexus was so helpful and prompt in her assistance via text, I had to ask if she was a Bot. Thankfully she wasn't and although they didn't have them in stock she was willing to place the order for me, but I decided to go to the store where I could see the crystals on the fanas well as place the order at the store. Although Alexus was not scheduled to be in until the afternoon, we were assisted by DaJae who had excellent expertise in ceiling fans as well as suggested the best way to blend them into our room, which helped us make our decision in purchasing the two ceiling fans with lights. He was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks Alexus for suggesting that we come in and your prompt response via text and thanks DaJae for a lovely shopping experience at Lamps Plus in Brea. We came in from Anaheim Hills to a location worth supporting in our local community and we're looking forward to receiving our 1 day free delivery too. I bought 2 - 3 light Possini pendants lights for my dining room on 9/25/23. Today, 10/12 I called Lamps Plus to get some clarification about orientation of how my sales rep suggested I hang 2 matching light fixtures. My electricial was coming the next day! I was told my original sales rep was not in. However Dajae offered to help me. I told him that my original sales rep recommended a certain orientation for these 2 ceiling chandelliers but now that the electrician was coming I did not have confidence in my ability to explain how I wanted them hung. Dajae took total ownership of my issue. I sent him a picture of dining table and measurements per his request. He sent me back measurements in detail of how to center the two chandelliers per my specific needs. I had numerous questions: How high, how far apart, pattern of 6 lights, 3 on each circle, etc, ect. He patiently and promptly answered each of my questions with diagrams and suggestions. I was sooooo plesantly suprised by his level of expertise and concern for customer service.
