American Jewelry Company — Attraction in Brentwood

After several months of working with another company who turned out to be a total scam, I was very hesitant to find a new jeweler. I had messaged several local jewelers and American Jewelry Co. responded almost immediately. I then scheduled an appointment to meet with a consultant to custom design the ring I originally wanted to purchase from another jeweler. Turns out the gentleman (Sailor) who met with me was the same person who would be physically making my ring! I was VERY pleased with this and instantly let my guard down. Sailor even mentioned they make everything in that shop and I could stop by to watch it being made. Even though this is something I wouldn’t personally do, I really appreciated the gesture!

Since my ring was custom, and because I had specific dimensions for the stone, the process did take a little bit longer than normal. I will say they did keep in touch with me every step of the way, so I didn’t mind the wait. They also brought in a couple of different stones for me to choose from just in case the one I originally selected wasn’t exactly what I wanted. My stone ended up coming in the day before my boyfriend was planning to propose, and they so kindly overnighted a band to temporarily set the stone so he could use it the following day! To say we were very pleased with the customer service is an understatement. Even though we are temporarily visiting the area, we will continue to exclusively work with American Jewelry...

Jakob who is the manager at this location has always been so kind. I live in Arlington Virginia but will only come to that location to seek out any help. It started with one ring and now to along with earrings in across. I am that annoying customer who accidentally came in before close and then had 1 million questions to learn about diamonds. He took his time with me as if it was the middle of the day. And there was no cell to be made given I came in to have my ring size. The time before that, I had came in to purchase a gift for my mother and ironically I just found out that her cancer had most likely returned. Upon walking in and being someone who never cries I found myself helpless with a few tears swollen in my eyes trying to act as though everything was fine. One of the ladies on staff stopped and took a genuine interest in my feelings without pushing me to speak. This was not her responsibility but rather confirmation of her great character

Their jewelry is detailed and customizable. What you get from them you will not find in retail locations. And for something that is costly and timeless for life to have it specifically only on your hand she never be seen with anyone else holding amplifies the purpose of that purchase. This team is great I appreciate them and I will be a lifelong customer I am 35 years old just learning...
