Public humiliation was my experience. Went in on Saturday and was publicly talked about and put down. I made a simple comment about the ladies Dutch Bros coffee being the best thing I'd seen it looked so good. She 3xs told me to go across the street and get one. Then proceed to talk about me in condescending way to the gal up front, in front of other customers. I was embarrassed and hurt!!!! Iput down the item I was considering and left. The employee specifically wouldn’t get on a video call with this person (who really seemed like they were trying to help) and the employee specifically said “I don’t use zoom or Facebook or anything those Chinese have their dirty fingers in” when the other person working there asked about it

I have been a believer in shopping local , especially sense covid. I know it is a small contribution but every little bit helps. Today I was in this local shop and immediately felt like the enemy. The storekeeper was rude in her request to comlpy to social distancing . Made me feel like she was a covid natzi.
