First be warned it is CASH ONLY at the restaurant. Not that I care if an establishment is cash only but I feel it should be stated by hostess and posted somewhere before entering and with in entry way. We didnt learn ot was cash only until after I went to pay and was redirected to an ATM.

the overall experience felt touristee, with the tap room and gift shop and everything being tagged as FCC gear. It was a bit much. However, I would say if you're in area pop in for a little souvenir. The food was average nothing stood out. We had gator poboy, smoked mullet dip, cat fish fry and some other items from the menu. Breading was all the same on the fried food so one in the same they all tasted similar. Tarter sauce was bland. Fries are just generic like you get at most places. Honestly I would've been okay with a salad. We didnt order from drink menu so o cant say but I know they ran next door to tap roo to get them. The place is small. Felt like maybe sat 50 people. The Lee was a 45 minute wait on a Saturday morning. Which the girl told us not long on several occasions but they have just an old school number calling method. So 3 tops that arrived after us sat before us. We were only 4.

Anyways, I cant say I will personally go back. As a local it felt way to tourist driven and not a place I can just go to grab a bit and drink in peace. I'd say go make your own opinion. It's...

My favorite meal is breakfast. My sister-in-law on our roadtrip from Vermont/N.Y.,talked about the Florida Cracker knowing I enjoy dining out for breakfast. Wow this place was off the charts for greatness!
