Sundance Towne Center — Attraction in Buckeye

On paper, this shopping center sounds pretty amazing. It's crammed full of options to choose from for whatever takes your fancy; but that's exactly where the problem is. It's CRAMMED. (E.g. there's an Emergency Room, Walmart, a Fry's, Lowe's, Little Caesars Pizza, Peter Piper Pizza, Pizza hut, Papa John's, a Jack in The Box, Carl's jr., KFC, Panda Express, McDonald's, Subway, Circle k, Sprint store, T-Mobile store, Verizon store, a Chase Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, GameStop, Bealls outlet, PetSmart, Dollar general, Sally's beauty shop, Fantastic Sams, Great Clips, sports clips, Denny's, Buffalo wild wings, Cracker barrel and many other stores.) All these businesses each have their own individual buildings/space. All crammed into about four big parking lots within a half-mile radius. It's a nightmare trying to navigate from place to place here. Basically there's one surface street that's right off he freeway exit (with traffic going in both directions) and on each side there's various business very close together. Heavy traffic makes it a pain in the butt to go from one side to the other, and then having to navigate through the labrynth of extremely narrow streets (and stops signs seemed to be placed at random) that you need to use to get to these places. Then factor in the heavy traffic that flows in daily just makes things worse. Bottom line, unless you live in buckeye (or west of buckeye like I do), or on your way to California . . . it's not...

Curbside service is terrible! 1st time waited 10 minutes lady came gave us our order No sorry or greeting for waiting! Not friendly at all. Then they didn’t put the dressing so went back to curbside and waited another 10 more minutes for it!! Same lady walking slowly to our car gave us the dressing same thing not a word just handed over the dressing! My husband was upset since it was over 20 minutes til we park and ate our food! Already cold! He told me to write a bad review but I didn’t since it was first time. I let it pass Well 2nd time ordering we waiting 15 minutes!! My husband had enough and he went inside to go get it. There he see our order sitting and 2 girls just chatting away! When my husband told them we have been outside waiting for our order they didn’t apologize and rudely say we don’t plain hash browns do you want something else? So rude and no apology at all! Why didn’t they tell us that and why didn’t the call us about the order? My husband walk out upset and again we ended up eating another cold meal in the car! This time I had to put a bad review. Curbside is not a convenient way to get your order fast and easy as it should be! Next time will be stopping in Goodyear location! They have better service and...

For the long drive to and from California to Parts Eastward along this route this was a welcome stopped for all of us on our way back home. There was something for everyone even though it was out of the norm for what we consider healthy eating in California LOL! It was good to see what a Cracker Barrel is actually like and I couldn't have anticipated people more efficient and friendly and also very helpful for our much needed break for lunch. Walking through the gift shop area was also very entertaining and interesting. They had quite an amalgam of various Arts, crafts and stuff to Peruse and try to figure out. Very catchy and entertaining and a welcome break during our very long drive home. I would definitely stop by again and see what else they have to try...
