Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Buckeye

Horrible customer service from Manager. We ordered a pizza online along with some other items. First time ever trying Pappa Johns Pizza. After waiting for 1 1/2 half no pizza was delivered. Called to see what the issue was and I was told the address was entered in wrong. The employee told me the driver attempted to call the phone listed and no answer. The driver cancelled the order and went back to the store.

First I did not receive a phone call from anyone.

I did verify with the employee the address was wrong, but don’t know how that happen.

When talking to the employee some guy was talking in the background about the order. He seemed rude and no way wanting to resolve what had happen. This upset me and got off the phone.

I called back wanting to talk to the manager. Moments later a guy answered without providing me his name or title. I introduced myself to him and asked if he was the manager. He said yes. I explained to him about our order and he said the address was wrong and his driver called. I told him we didn’t receive a phone call and I learned the so call manager was the rude subject from the first call. I cancelled my order once I learned it was him.

This location needs to learn to work with their customers. Ok address might have been wrong but come on. No one called us, but no one from Pappa Johns wanted to work with us.

The so called un-named man who called himself a manger needs to be fired or demoted. Buckeye is still a small enough town where this company will not survive with this horrible customer service.

Last time I’ll ever step foot in this place. I was disrespected by Marissa and some older man giving me attitude and funny looks. The older man kept looking funny at me and wouldn’t greet me. He got smart and told me to figure out myself how many brownies are in a pan. I asked how much the brownies were and he told me to look at the sign myself when it was already turned off. Other female worker, Marissa was mad because when I reached into my purse to grab my wallet my 2 yr old ran by the cash register and I grabbed him quickly than she started lecturing me and being really rude to the point where I told her she was acting out of line with the way she’s treating me and my son. She told me she’s gonna call authorities on me and pounded her hands together yelling at me to get out of her store. She’s a horrible person and treats customers like garbage. She pretty much laughed at me and said to go ahead and report her because she doesn’t care how she treats people. I explained to her my son has Delays and he was upset by her yelling and being mean. She only cared about going home and not serving us. The Older man stayed silent and allowed her to act inappropriate and this is an example of how people like that who work at businesses run away customers. I ordered 2 pizzas and it said they would be ready in 35 minutes. After 1.5 hours I called and asked them when it would arrive. I told the guy on the phone that I ordered it at 6:23pm at this point it was right before 8:00pm. The guy on the phone said “you ordered it at 6:30” like 7 minutes makes a difference when I’ve been waiting an hour and a half. Anyways he was very nonchalant and rude. He told me it would be there in 10 minutes and then said it would be there in under 30 minutes. At 8:35 I called and asked how far they were and if I could speak to a manager. The same guy on the phone said “I’m actually the general manager” very poor customer service for someone who is has a title like that. I told him I was upset because it was over 2 hours and their website said it would take 35. He said he would refund me only $15 and hurried me off the phone. It’s not my problem your website is wrong, maybe they should get it fixed. Had I known it would have taken that long i would have got pizza from Pizza Hut or dominoes and saved a lot of time and money.
