Gino & Joes NY Pizza ( DOWNTOWN ) — Restaurant in Buffalo

Lunch here for the first time in years (used to be a regular) and it was disgusting. Tables, counters, everything was sticky and dirty, as soon as I sat down there were fruit flies hovering over my tray. I took a few bites of my food and the rest ended up in the garbage can. Asked for napkins and they pointed to a shared roll of paper towels sitting on top of the filthy garbage can. Keeping a restaurant clean is easy. If what the customers can SEE is that dirty, you can only imagine the back, and the food handling. Too many great places to eat downtown, this place needs a visit from the health inspector....

I placed an order on 12-14-23 at 4:12pm, scheduled delivery time was 4:52pm. I received notification stating my order was delivered at 5pm, but my order was not delivered.  I call the Abbott rd location and was put on hold for 10 minutes then someone hung up on me. I called back told the girl who answered my online order says it was delivered but I never got it. Back on hold for another 5 minutes she came back to the phone and told me give it a couple minutes and hung up.

My order finally arrived an hour late and needless to say it was cold.

I will not be ordering...

Apparently they have new owners and it is definitely showing. There are some new staff members that don't seem to understand the concept of customer service. This little boy was behind the grill on his cell phone and called himself fixing my food!!! Very unsanitary then had the nerve to give me attitude. The other guy who is usually on the grill took over just before I was about to come across that grill and punch that child in the face!!! I swear I have to be done with them or Im going to end up in jail. Food is good, but I don't give my money to people who...
