I don’t often write negative reviews because anyone can have a bad day and I appreciate the difficulty of trying to be great ALL the time. Stuff happens. I get it.
But my family had dinner there last weekend and our experience was really awful.
I was interested in ordering tacos but was having difficulty deciding which version to order. Our server pointed out that they sell trios of same type, after I asked if I could mix and match 3 different types. He offered that for an up-charge I could order individual tacos, so I agreed to pay the extra and get three different kinds. He entered the order and disappeared after bringing us our cocktails.
My wife fumbled hers and spilled the entire specialty margarita onto the table. We sat with no napkins for more than 10 minutes before we were able to finally flag down a busser who helped us clean it up.
When our food showed up, they delivered three plates of three tacos to me. I calmly explained that I had agreed to pay extra to order one each of three types - not 9 tacos with full sides on each plate. They could easily have (on the spot) given me one plate and the three different kinds of tacos I ordered, but instead they whisked away all my food to go make me “fresh ones” - the plates had never touched our table and now instead of 9 tacos I had none.
We explained that we had a spilled drink (our fault) and the server offered a replacement and apologized for the food mixup and told me that he would comp my food.
At this point I wasn’t upset, it was a mistake. But I sat and watched my family eat and finish their food while I waited and waited. When the waiter passed by 20 minutes later, I waived him down and asked why I was still waiting? The food had been hot and fresh when it came to the table - they just had to move a couple of items around and give me what I ordered. I pointed out that everyone was done eating and I still didn’t have my entree.
He claimed that their policy prevented them from giving me the food they had already brought to the table and had to make everything all over. I think my frustration was showing because he made a beeline to the kitchen and came back immediately with my plate - and all three tacos were stone cold.
To add insult to injury, he brought the check to the table shortly after - and the “upcharge” had each taco at between $9 and $12 each. Yes, $30 for three cold tacos - no comp. And double-charged for the margarita.
I refused to complain, just paid the bill and left. So disappointed. Especially since during our visit 2 different managers came by to ask how we were doing. We didn’t complain and we didn’t ask for any kind of compensation, just explained what was going on. Was assured they weren’t happy and would make it right.

I just got out of the hospital and placed an order here today 4/10/25 under my name , Cristina. My husband went to go pick it up and the food wasn't ready when he got there which was fine. He told the 1st guy at the front he was there for cristinas order to pick up. He disappeared and never showed back up. Then there was a group of people training and one of them came up to my husband asking if he could help. My husband said he was picking up an online order for Cristina. This second guy was nice and went to the back and came back and said 5 minutes. 10 minutes later an older gentleman with grey hair came out with a bag and came up to my husband and asked for the name. My husband said Cristina. The gentleman yelled no and waved my husband off and put the food on the door dash shelf. The second guy that helped earlier went up to the bag and read my name Cristina and told the older gentleman that my husband has been waiting for this. The older gentleman yelled at my husband asking to prove he ordered it. My husband tried explaining that his wife placed the order and the second guy interjected saying that my husband mentioned he was picking up for Cristina before they brought the food out so they finally gave my husband the food.
We've been here multiple times for take out and dine in. We've never experienced something like this and probably won't return due to this guy treating my husband the way he did. My husband was going to request a refund and not even take the food but he knew I...
Read moreI am a regular with ordering to go food and have never had an issue. I decided to dine this weekend and what a bad experience. I started off by asking if I could sit at the bar so that I can watch the game. I did have my kids. Now in some states kids are not allowed at he bar but I was told I could. I sat and waited about 10-15 minutes while 5 servers and 1 bar tenders wandered around having conversations. There was only 5 other tables having dinner. I expected at least a hello we will be right with you. Nope several minutes later I was told by the bartender they could not serve me at the bar with kids. Fine I sat at a booth again just observing this time 6-7 servers the manager and bar tender just having conversations. Finally my server came over and took our order. Very nice and professional. The server asked why I moved from the bar and I replied I was told I could not sit there. He looked at me and said that's odd we always let kids sit there and it's never been an issue. I ordered 2 kids meal and a soup. Food was great however the soup did not come out until I was ready to pay to leave. I even placed a to go order and that came out quicker. My kids really enjoy the food here but I will not be returning to dine in. I would think as a server you would come to work to make money and as a manager I would think you would be more observing and aware of what tables have not been served. Try this place and I really hope your experience is much better than mine.
Thumbs up to the lady providing chips to the tables and the cooks for making sure the food quality...
