Incredbowl Korean Grill - Buford — Restaurant in Buford

Wow!! Just tried out the new Incredibowl in the shopping plaza across from Sam’s Club and it was amazing! See my pics because the inside looks really clean and modern. I ordered the Spicy Pork with half Purple Rice (sounds weird but tastes great) and half Galss Noodles (which are some type of vegetable based noodle), I got most of their veggie toppings. And they let me have more than one sauce topping so I tried a Hong Kong (which is a type of Yum Yum sauce) and a Seoul Sauce which is a type of Spicy Korean sauce). I also tried a Dolgana Coffee which was this delicious iced coffee that you can either get with real milk or Almond milk. Food was great with all of the flavors in each bite, drink was refreshing and not to sugary, server was super helpful, and the place is brand new so it’s sparkling clean inside and the padded seats are comfy which is rare for newer chain restaurants anymore. Absolutely fantastic experience at Incredbowl in Buford! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a clean, bright, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole dining experience a pleasure. The bowls themselves are just...wow. Fresh, high-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked proteins, and a huge variety of delicious sauces to choose from. You can tell they put a lot of care into crafting each bowl. Every bite was bursting with flavor! We also really appreciated the Christian music playing in the background, it added a lovely, positive vibe to the restaurant. It's clear that Incredbowl is more than just a place to grab a meal, it's a place where you feel genuinely welcomed. If you're looking for a healthy, delicious, and satisfying meal in Buford, look no further than Incredbowl. This place is a definite 5 stars and we'll be back again and again!...

I came here to get my usual order which I’ve gotten many times before. At the last minute the white lady at the counter tells me she is going to charge for a getting a double portion of the glass noddles even though the sign says “pick up to 2 bases” no where does it say you will be charged double for the same base. She tells me it’s because it’s an uneven portion. Well wouldn’t it make sense just to make it even? As like you with glass noddles with rice? She told me her husband should be charging for it but he hasn’t. Okay now you’ve acknowledged there’s been a mistake which means the correct thing to do is honor this time not to charge me. But that’s not the case she still charges me even though it’s her husbands fault. Don’t come here if you wanna be misled with prices and pay for it due to staff negligence. What kind of business doesn’t have a standard level of communication...
