This used to be my go-to Boba Tea place. The drinks themselves are great. However, the customer service has now made me take my business elsewhere for good.
I ordered a drink through the app, did not realize I ordered a hot drink. Once I got there I told them I didn’t realize I ordered hot, I meant for it to be cold. They said they had already made it and if I want cold I have to order a new drink. Are you kidding me? Yeah I will never be coming back here ever again.
Every time I come here the staff is unpleasant and rude. They won’t go out of there way for anything, will hardly do the bare minimum.
I had asked before to buy boba pearls on the side, they wouldn’t do it. Makes absolutely no sense. Another shop did it no problem.
And unfortunately this goes for every Kung Fu Tea I’ve been to. The one in John’s Creek refused to serve us without a mask and wouldn’t accept cash. Okay have fun with a failing business then. We went to another better shop down the road. That’s where I’ll be going...
Read moreThis used to be my favorite place to get boba but lately I’ve been having bad experience here. Depends on who’s working it can really be hit or miss. Tonight I ordered two drinks. My husband and I waited patiently for 20 mins. Many people who came after us had gotten their orders already. I went to check with a staff and she said one drink is ready but they’re working on the other one. Waited for another 10 mins, checked with staff again. She said she will check on it. We watched them making everyone else’s order but not us. Finally our order was ready. Turns out both drinks were not good. The tea I got had bobas in it and the boba was hard and had a sour taste to it. It tastes like it’s been out for too long and not fresh at all. The other drink didn’t taste good like it used to be. I tried to support my local business but I feel like staff need to learn how to handle their orders. If something has ran out just tell us, instead of having us wait and...
Read moreMy wife and I used to come here during COVID and after very regularly. I would always get a Thai milk tea boba with 30% sweetener. The staff at the register would always explain at the beverage is very bitter. I prefer my beverages bitter and usually drink green tea uncut with no sweetener. The boba is already fairly sweet and when more sugar is added makes the beverage overly sweet, for my taste.
However, on my last visit, the staff drew a hard line on not reducing the sweetener whatsoever in the beverage that I had been ordering the same way for the past almost 2 years. The young lady at the front was very polite and courteous about it and definitely had the best intentions of the customer in mind. The staff is always lovely at this location.
Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this location due to the fact that I cannot get a beverage that I like that has the flavors that I like. So I will find another place...
