Garcia's Tobacco Shop — Attraction in Burlington

I would rate zero stars if possible. Sold my girlfriend a Smok with a standard e-liquid atomizer. After we drained the battery through normal use, it would not charge whatsoever. We eventually got a replacement from Garcia, however they only did so very begrudgingly. Shortly after that, the device was burning out coils at an unnaturally high rate. When we returned to Garcia yet again, they were skeptical and accusatory. They even tried to say that we were using the device improperly by putting the incorrect fluid in it, which neither of us believe to be correct, especially since one of the Garcia employees was the first person to fill the tank with the juice we bought in store. If that juice was incorrect for that tank (which is not very likely), a Garcia employee should not have recommended it to us or filled the tank with it. Nothing against Smok, as when we contacted them they told us that our complaints were valid and that they would do what they could to fix/replace it. After an unreasonable amount of arguing, Garcia eventually took the device back for store credit, which we used to buy something that wouldn't ever require returning. The only reason we went to Garcia at all was to get something quickly and support a local business;...

Garcia's is my favorite tobbaco shop they got tobbaco, pipes, vaporizers, cigarettes,cigars, great staff,and great selection and prices,oh and they're on the market place... Changed my rating since it seems your only option when using a debit card is to tap because they moved the card reader behind the counter? Now the chip reader still works as well as the slide,it just seems odd that their so insistent on you tapping saying it's actually the most secure way to do a transaction and to "trust them". Well I've been shopping at Garcia's since when they were back inside the mall and never have felt so unappreciated as a customer as I have been in the last few weeks. I am not impressed and will be boycotting them from here on out. Almost twenty years of loyalty out the door for something so stupid. But the customer has the right to use the payment pad however...

I have been to many smokeshops here in Burlington. There are so many that they are almost ubiquitous. How does one choose from the litany of different shops selling the same products.

Garcias on Church St. is the answer. The thoughtful and caring approach of the staff means you will always walk out with just what you need.

While in Garcia's I was assisted by Gabe and Nicole and they were truthfully some of the most knowledgeable and helpful retail workers I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.

The shop itself is amazing and well stocked, but it is the dedication to customer satisfaction that truly seta them apart. Much thanks to Gabe and Nicole...
