I had the pleasure of visiting the shop this month on a visit to Burlington with my wife.

We were greeted by Caitlin who welcomed us into the store with warmth and directed me to the watch area. I have a love for watches and was excited to see their Seiko collection which was quite vast. Jeff, their Watch specialist, spent time showing me through the collection and giving me great insights into the history and production of these incredible time pieces. I had so much fun talking with him about watches and could tell he had a lot of pride and passion in his craft.

Caitlin spent the same amount of high quality time with my wife as she showed her through their amazing collection of gems, earrings, and necklaces. She even offered to clean her rings and necklace for free which was incredibly kind.

Their hospitality and grace was much appreciated and was a key factor in our decision to buy a watch and a set of earrings that day. We don’t normally make big purchases, but we were in the market for anniversary gifts for each other and felt like this was a wonderful place to do business with great people.

During our process both Jeff and Caitlin were incredibly attentive to helping us find an item each of us would love and cherish. Our gifts were incredibly meaningful and we’re grateful to their kindness and support for helping us find the perfect items.

I would buy all of my major jewelry and watch purchases from Jeff and Caitlin for the rest of time if I lived closer by. I highly recommend you pay them a visit when you’re in the market for the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one, for...

We stopped by yesterday to buy gifts for a couple of members of our wedding party. The owners were absolutely amazing. I knew I wanted to get my best man a Seiko as they are great watches for the value and craftsmanship and I have a couple, although I am not a "watch guy" per se. I think that may have changed after this visit.

Jeff walked us through all of the Seiko brands that they had in the store, including Seiko Essentials, Presage and the Diamond collection. We were able to find two great automatic watches within the price point we were looking for. We also gained a great knowledge - through our conversation with Jeff - of the history of Seiko watches and have a couple on our own "watch" lists : )

Jeff was a true pleasure to speak with. He also introduced us to Oris and gave us the rundown on the different timepieces that the store carries from them. My knowledge of watches is fairly limited to Seiko, Citizen and Movado, and Oris is not a brand that is typically carried at the department stores we shop at. In all we probably spent about an hour and a half talking about watches and at the end of the day we were converted into aspiring watch enthusiasts ourselves : ) I cannot thank them enough for their help and guidance for a couple of novices like us. Wanted to give my love the ring of her dreams and was promised a price I could afford by Tick Tock. After putting down my payment they tried to triple what I paid to do the ring we agreed on. This was frustrating after doing our research and getting quotes from other jewelry stores saying that the original price agreed upon was more than fair and tripling it would be insane. Because of the obvious signs all over the store "no returns or refunds" we were at a loss. After making 7 total trips traveling over an hour each time, and dealing with 3 different people at tick tock, we partially got what we wanted. They sent us home with a ring that doesn't fit the description of how we wanted it customized, and it is too big to the point where it falls off. We had a deal and they didn't hold up their end. Although they did offer to make it right if we paid yet more money. I expressed all of my hurt to them and the reply I got was "we wouldn't be in business so long if we were screwing people", but yes they are in business because getting engaged is a one time deal, they can screw everyone once then onto the next poor sucker.
