I cannot even begin to say thank you to the team at NBC in Burlington! I was stuck in a last minute jam and they went above & beyond to ensure a customer of mine was able to have their bundlets delivered same day without hesitation, even after the actual delivery driver had left for the day! I was having car trouble & unable to pick up the order myself and the owner took it herself & dropped them off! I cannot say how much this act of kindness meant to me today! I also had to remind her that the last time I was in her store, she’d gifted me an individual bundlet for myself because I was gifting one to a friend who was in town & had used NBC for her wedding in TX years prior! I just have nothing but incredible praise for NBC - Burlington! I popped in to buy a cake today and had an amazing experience. The store was fairly busy such that for every customer that walked out, another came in, and the staff was pleasant and communicative with every patron. There was a wait for the cake I had ordered and was asked if I could wait 10 or so minutes which, was absolutely fine. When my order was ready, the gentlemen was very appreciative of my waiting and apologized that it went slightly over (I hadn’t even noticed) and he insisted on giving me a complimentary individual bundt. In addition to their exceptional service, the store is very clean and well maintained. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the gentleman working but I hope that both he and the other staff are appreciated by their leadership. Above and Beyond! We always LOVE Nothing Bundt Cakes and this time, made me love them even more! I reached out from California, to Massacheusettes for a same day special delivery! Miguel was amazing from start to finish, with his customer service and treated my somewhat small order and delivery like it was a VIP order. I called from California to order and deliver a happy birthday cake for my Aunty Gerri. Wow. Miguel made the presentation so beautiful, 3 beautiful mini cakes topped off with a fresh sun flower and a birthday greeting! And he even sent me a photo to show the presentation. When he reached the delivery address, he sent me a text to confirm that it was received. Wow! "He made my day !
