Visit Keweenaw — Attraction in Calumet Township

Supporter of the cruel and archaic sport of sled dog racing. Sled dogs are kept in squaller outside living conditions on 6 foot chains circling non stop in their own excitements with sub par shelters often built out of plastic food barrels tipped on their sides for a makeshift "home". This "sport" needs to be outlawed and the keweenaw as a whole needs to get on the right side of history and stop supporting this.
