I got my hair cut last week. I wanted my natural curly hair to sit on top of my shoulders. I told the person cutting my hair that I have tight curly hair so to cut it about an inch longer. She told me I didn't have curly hair but I do have wavy hair which I thought was strange but I figured we had different definitions. As you can see in the picture my straight hair is sitting on my shoulders. So my natural curly hair is much shorter than what I wanted. I also asked for layers because my hair tends to be very thick at the bottom. I was told she was going to thin my hair to fix this issue, but when she got out the thinning shear she decided she did not want to do it anymore. So I didn't get layers or my hair thinned. I was originally happy with my hair when I left the salon even though I did think it was a tiny bit too short. I figure it was okay since my hair grows fast. When I got home my boyfriend asked my why I got the front of my hair shorter than the back. I then took these pictures attached and noticed how uneven my hair is. I tried contacting the salon to get a refund and didn't hear anything back so I sent another message. I was then told I could get more of my hair cut off to fix this issue or they could give me a refund. I told them I did not want more hair cut off and asked for a refund. I had tape in hair extensions put in two days ago not even 24 hours later three of them came out at 10:30 the next morning. I also want to note that I said I didn’t want tape in hair extensions and was told I was going to get micros when I arrived there there was a bunch of hair with tape on there sitting there I mentioned that to her and she told me that the tape ins were better and then said You would be able to see the beads but I wasn’t told that when I went in there for my consultation so almost $600 later two days later I have over 35 strands out of my head. I messaged her that morning and told what happened and was advised that it wouldn’t be a good idea until it’s been washed and all that to take the ones out at the top that was already coming out now I get no response back other than I hope that your hair isn’t coming out with them that they are sliding out.
