My favorite one stop shopping center on 3rd Street. Smack in the middle of Washougal and CAMAS. Stock up at Grocery Outlet, pick up prescriptions at Walgreens, even get a drive through COVID Test.

Renew your tags or license any vehicle at the convenience of the small business owners that work with DMV. Also, pick up Champs Pizza to take home for Dinner, hit the dollar store and celebrate a pizza party.

Stop at McDonald's to grab a drive through - better yet - hit the K&M for a burger across the street. They also have the best fish sandwich out there on both sides of the Columbia River.

Honestly, K&M Burgers is worth the trip alone, get a fresh shake and Sweet potato fries or regular. Ask for extra Fry Sauce and get Extra Ranch with Onion Rings.l, great with the Fish Sandwich. I went to visit my daughter in the beautiful little town of Camas Washington and sadly I live in Portland Oregon and have for decades. I saw several things there I never see in Portland like change in a fountain park benches you could sit on. No homeless people setting up camp. Didn't smell urine even one time no junkies needles laying around. It was lovely. I forgot what life was like without homeless drug addicts bothering you every step you take. There was wonderful shops wonderful food.I stopped at the local bar for lunch came back the next day for breakfast. The Chinese place had amazing American Chinese food. I felt safe and comfortable walking around daytime and evening. And it doesn't stink in Camas anymore. That was very wonderful. The paper mill used to stink so bad....

They have a grocery outlet, Little Caesars Pizza, McDonald's, department of licensing, dry cleaning, they also have a Wells Fargo Bank, there's a phone store, doctor's office, physical therapy also they have a Walgreens pharmacy, oh I almost forgot the dollar store.very convenient I go to physical therapy very nice people help me with my back I recommend it and I also use the lackamas center PeaceHealth clinic very good doctor in there helps me with all my needs I recommend to anyone that needs a doctor he's great 👍 I do all my grocery shopping at grocery outlet great prices good variety of groceries .
