I am extremely pleased with the Bank of America branch, which is located on 926 Cape Coral Pkwy E, Cape Coral, FL 33904. There are two employees there that really stand out by offering prompt, excellent service and well-informed banking information. Most of the employees here are always eager to help and offer exemplary customer service. The two really outstanding employees who have helped my family and me are Lauren Campanioni and Silvia Hidalgo. They always make time for their customers in spite of a very busy schedule.
