Overall, my experience with Staples has been superb. I was having laptop issues and got a free diagnostic. They were very honest with me and didn't try to take my money. Long story short, they told me how I could possibly fix my computer myself so I tried it, and it worked, but I managed to mess up my computer another way, so I returned the part without issue and actually ended up buying a laptop from them. Excellent deal on the laptop, they definitely aren't trying to rip you off with electronic prices, and they give truthful advice instead of just trying to take your money. I'm a computer science major so I can attest that they aren't lying or being unreasonable. However, the reason I didn't give five stars is because the lack of knowledge about the product I chose. The information sticker next to the display said this laptop was the Flex 6 but their website said it was the Flex 14, and so did the employee. However, once I bought the laptop, the sticker on the box says it's the 6. I'm not upset about it because they're practically identical and it's a good deal either way, but I would have appreciated it if I knew exactly what I was getting. Overall, my experience was excellent and I will definitely go to them for any computer-related matters, not Best Buy!
