I would honestly rate this experience a lot higher if it hadn't been for the fact that I was lied to about the price of the room. I asked them if there was a veteran discount, and they informed me that there was. However, they said that they were having a hard time getting it to attach to my bill, but that it would be put into place by the time I checked out in the morning. When I asked what the rate for veterans was, I was told 66 dollars. I was shocked and excited to hear that because I was told the basic rate was 86ish dollars. When I went down in the morning to check out, I was told that they didn't have a rate matching what I was told, and then even with the veteran discount it still amounted to over 100 dollars after taxes. In my personal opinion, if they had told me the cost upfront I probably would have still stayed there because it was quite late at night. Somewhere around 2 am. However, I feel like I was basically slapped in the face because I was quoted one price and charged a different one.

If you are only basing your opinion on the comfort of the rooms/cleanliness, and the breakfast, then they are...

For all travel nurses:

Front desk staff refused Early Check in to a night Shift Travel Nurse on the bases that “we are no longer accommodating night shift nurses”. After a travel nurse from Ky had to drive 4 hours out of the the way through the Ky floods to make it to work, worked all night, and then while attempting to do early check in THAT IS POSTED AS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE. Tried to explain to front desk that they had never been an issue before, but was ridiculed in front of other guests and laughed at on the way out. This is how Drury inn treats their guests. This information will be shared within all Travel Nurse Forums. We look out for our own. If this is the way Drury Hotels treats one of the most respected professions in world- they should be ashamed of themselves. What an absolute disgrace to turn away a PAYING customer who had been up for 20+ hours and just wanted to pay extra to get...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Debbie was especially sweet and offered good local information. The room, hall, elevator and breakfast area were all clean and well organized. The room had a small refrigerator (no freezer section) and a desk. The room description stated there would be a microwave but there wasn't one in our room. The breakfast had waffles, breads, ibstand oatmeal, boiled eggs, yougurt, cold cereal and probably a couple other items so it was a good basic selection. They have an outdoor pool but it was still closed for the season. Although the microwave situation could move the rating down everything else was so wonderful that I have the place full score. I hope we have the opportunity to return.

This facility is located very close to several restaurants and other shopping. We found a bike trailhead about 3 miles away. The trail is less than 10 miles long but the section we...

Very much improved! Location: Great Check in: Good Covid standards: Great Room size: Good Ac/Heat: Good Cleanliness: Great Overall it was a very nice stay, check in area and staff were good, and followed covid standards The room smelled clean and has been verified with special notes and packaging on the remote which makes me feel good. The rooms have been updated since my last stay, I like the colors and decor. Plenty of eats in the area No issues here!

They think of things that others do not. I appreciated the no sugar added syrup at the waffle station. Wish they had more than one station though. There is no trouble finding a place to plug in your devices. Room has two plug-in units that include USB. Even the microwave has a couple of 110 outlets. Room was nice and clean. Staff is friendly and honestly seem to enjoy working there.

I wasn't impressed by this hotel. The pillows seemed old, they were lumpy and had that oily feel inside the pillow covers. Somehow there was no fruit whatsoever at breakfast, that's what really bothered me. There was also no USA todays. I've stayed at motels that offered both of those. But the bed felt fine and they had a great AC unit in the room.
