I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cracker Barrel, and I must say, I was blown away by the outstanding customer service I received. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. This establishment truly knows how to create a memorable experience for its customers.
The staff at Cracker Barrel went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Whether it was helping me find a table, providing recommendations from their extensive menu, or promptly fulfilling any special requests, they demonstrated the epitome of professionalism and courtesy.
Not only did the staff excel in their interactions, but the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful. The rustic decor, cozy fireplace, and charming country music playing in the background created a warm and inviting ambiance. It was a perfect setting to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.
Speaking of the food, I cannot praise Cracker Barrel enough for their mouthwatering dishes. The menu featured a wide variety of classic Southern comfort food, and everything I tried was simply delicious. From their fluffy biscuits and creamy gravy to their tender and flavorful fried chicken, each bite was a taste of culinary perfection.
What truly impressed me was the attention to detail and dedication to quality that was evident in every aspect of my visit. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, the food was served promptly and at the perfect temperature, and the portions were generous. It's clear that Cracker Barrel takes pride in providing an exceptional dining experience.
I also want to commend the management team for their commitment to customer satisfaction. They were visible on the floor, engaging with guests, and ensuring that everything ran smoothly. It was evident that they genuinely cared about their patrons' experiences, and their hands-on approach made all the difference.
In conclusion, my visit to Cracker Barrel was nothing short of fantastic. The outstanding customer service, delectable food, and inviting atmosphere combined to create an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Cracker Barrel to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience with a touch of Southern hospitality. Kudos to the entire team for their hard work...
Read moreWe came back with the complimentary meal coupons guest relations sent us. Most second horrible experience ever. It took 15 mins to take our order. The servers were not well coordinated. We ordered drinks and got them 10 mins later. Then we waited half an hour for our food. Mind you, the restaurant isn't that full. When we got our food, most horrible food plating. It was like a kid just through their snack together, and I believe the kid could have done better. We had food items missing. My husbands shrimp was missing off his plate, and my eggs were made wrong. They never brought my biscuit and gravy . We had to ask for the shrimp, ask for the biscuit and gravy, and only got the gravy. The shrimp was overcooked and hard, and my steak was raw in the middle. Never was asked how I wanted it. None of our food looked anything like the meals they had in the picture, especially the plating. The shrimp given to my husband had multiple different food items like a fried pickle. Which isn't good because of food allergies and the fact that you don't clean your oil and other stuff to have mixed food with your shrimp. We only got our drinks once never was asked how we were doing or if we needed a refill. I took a pick twice, showing it empty, then showing when my waitress came up to give us the bill but never looked at my cup. When she walked away, we had to call her back over to ask for refills. She did, however, apologize for our horrible experience her name was Lillian, our server. We also asked for our free cheese bites and didn't get them till she handed us our receipt and they were hard and over cooked burnt. We love a good home cooking and really expected better. Im very disappointed in this location. A lot of staff goofed off. Need new tables, and need new kitchen staff. This location needs to be overseen by corporate, maybe secretly, so they can have that same experience. When checking out the registers, we were having issues paying the tickets. The customers were getting upset. And you can't use your points due to the registers being down. I expected it better for such a ...
Read moreThank you, Cracker barrels, for the complimentary meal tickets. We decided to revisit the cape girardeau mo location again today. We had, however, another bad experience. Lillian, our server was nice she did, however, forget to see our empty drink cups and never asked a refill, so we had to ask. But she did apologize for our horrible experience. Our food we ordered came 30 mins out and we had missing food off the meal. One meal was missing the shrimp, the other the biscuit and gravy, and the eggs were made wrong, and the steak was raw. The shrimp was very crispy and had other food items added with it. We never got the biscuits for the gravy. As you will see in the photos I have attached. This would be bad if someone had allergic reaction to certain foods that got mixed up with the food they ordered. We had to ask our server for the missing food, which took another 15 mins to get. We also had to wait until our meal was finished to receive our free white cheddar bites that were way overcooked. We caught several employees talking and goofing off, and the food was bland. It's the kitchen that seems to be the issue. They aren't cooking the food right and not reading the tickets correctly, so when the customer gets their food, they should have exactly what they ordered. Our plates this evening were served horrible for the plating. One because we had missing food and several small bowls kept being brought out because we had to ask for the missing food. Better staff and kitchen help is lacking in your restaurant area, and when checking out, several customers had issues checking because your computer system would not let them check out and seemed to be down. We loved the old-fashioned theme and game. But the teamwork and environment of the workers need to realign. Hopefully, better training will be done with your kitchen staff and meal time management with the service team. We hope to continue to see you grow and we enjoy a home cooked...
