So. I’m out doordashing I go to this specific sonic to pick up an order. I pull up to one of the drive in stalls so as well all know u press the red button when u pull up. So we hit the button n wait. I watch a white truck pull up across from us. Hit the button order and get their order brought out to them before we even said anything. Me and my boyfriend opened our doors. Just to tell the girl hey we’re here just to pick up a DoorDash order and people are being served and no one answered out button yet. Instead of even just taking 2 seconds to hear what we even wanted she just assumes we’re mad bc we don’t have food. So as soon as we even begging to talk she starts screaming at us. THERE IS ONLY TWO OF US HERE WORKING WE GOT ONE COOK SHUT UP N WAIT YOUR TURN. At that point I canceled my DoorDash order “😢 for the customer” but I don’t deserve that treatment when I’m just trying to speak. I googled the 1-800 number n called to make a report and I’m waiting on a call back from “someone”. It’s been two days now. I can understand the stress she could have been under n just blew her top at that point. So from a business aspect how can u expect two people to run the entire restaurant and still give 100% customer courtesy. Not only is this bad for the employee that couldn’t keep her calm n not scream at customers before hearing what they want but as a consumer I’ll never personally order or return to this...
Read moreElijah is the name on my ticket. Idk the girls name but she was great. Most of the time these younger ppl act like it kills them to smile no matter where you go but not this young girl. She has great ppl skills, brought me what I ordered with a smile and went back in happily for my bbq sauce and salt. She will go far in life and if she stays with working with ppl like this, I hope someday she is in charge of some huge companies whole human resource dept. That takes a special person. She has it for sure. Also I got the 2 for 5 burger and popcorn chicken. I also got cheese tots and a chocolate coke...my very favorite thing to drink of all times...and most places skimp with specials. Not this location. my food was hot, correct and my burger was loaded like i wanted. Everything was top notch. Great food, great ppl, and i got my chocolate coke so i am happy. Thanks to the crew at this sonic....and it's almost time to close too....no cold nasty food served here. P. S. COME ON PPL, IF U HAVE TIME TO SPEAK NEGATIVELY, DONT YOU HAVE TIME TO SPEAK ABOUT SOMETHING PLESANT? My visit was Awesome. 😊 Maybe these other ppl are just looking something to complain about. Read moreI feel horrible because i have gotten side tracked since this morning and forgot the assistance managers name (male) but he went above and beyond for me. There was an error with my app purchase and they did not receive it but it was deducted from my bank account... he made everything correct for me.. my manager also told me he wanted to food so i buzzed in and put that order in... because of my hassle, he also refunded me my money for that purchase as well! That speaks volume for me and i couldnt have asked for a better resolution. I do not do reviews often so while im on here i will also compliment Shyanne (dont know if thats spelled correctly) she is also a manager but she is always the happiest person when bringing my food out.. no matter if theres 30 cars in the lot or if its early in the morning! You cant create and Arnold Palmer throught the app.. so i can only put sweet tea. she adds my lemonade for me automatically and initially did that without me having to request it everytime. that is awesome to me!
