USA Pawn & Jewelry — Attraction in Casa Grande

Very disappointed with us pawn in casa Grande. I just moved here from Utah for work.. I was low on money first week here and pawned my nettop aspire r1600 I had just gotten it and used it once before I had purchased it off eBay in excellent condition I pawned it at US PAWN and right from the start I was looked at with concern about pawning with them I was told by the worker there that assisted me that if they loan me money for it ,it would be 30. I said, I needed 50 she replied no thirty I don't think you'll come back for it. I said why you assUme that? She said I can just tell. .hmm ? So I went anyway and accepted 30$ I said I'll be back asap for it. Anyway I go back a day ago from today to get my cpu and it's about 15 to 7pm and I'm picking up my item and the night manager seemed put out for some reason cause I also wAnted to buy a monitor for my nettop i made sure I was out before seven and left with my pawn I just got and monitor I just bought. . I get back to my room ready to use my pc and as I'm taking off the plastic wrap I'm noticing that my device looks different it looked tampered with I take a closer look at realize it's been open and I was furious I went to the pawn shop the next day just to get treated like garbage and being accused of purposely damaging my own item to get something out of them. . And this was the same manager that was there the night before I asked him why is my device not working properly and why isn't my WiFi card not in my device and he said he don't know and maybe because you did it to get something out of us.. :\ I asked to speak to his General manager and he told me Google it. . Plz can someone help me find how to get a hold of a general manager from us pawn in...

I am trying to do a project with a phone and heard it could be done with one that is blacklisted or has a bad IMEI and I do not need it for any actual phone purpose so I called wondering if they had any that fit the description.

I asked the lady that answered if any of the phones they have in the store are blacklisted and the such and she answered that they do not take in blacklisted phones, not my answering my question at all. I wasn't trying to sell a blacklisted phone I am looking for one. I rephrased the question asking if they happen to have any in the store already that is blacklisted, I have seem them selling phones with defects before both Android and IOS including locked and the such. She answered that they test every phone when they take it in making me think she didn't understand my question.
