Riverfront Mini Golf — Attraction in Casper

If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased a package party for my 12 year old after being unable to get ahold of anyone or access the ‘party packages’ online to purchase. $371 total for a rock wall and ‘unlimited’ mini golf.

Host was supposed to be included, which I ended up doing the hosting.

I don’t expect the place to be open much longer. By my 17 year olds description, it was like a ‘deserted Chucky Cheese’.

Thank God I brought a speaker for music and some balloons/decor. Cake and ice cream I had to use my own cooler for….don’t realize their restaurant was no longer open.

They had issues with the rock wall so we could only let two kids go at a time.

To top it off, even though we reserved a 3 hour slot, we all played one round (8 adults, 6 kids) split into groups, because there were so many other people there that weren’t part of the party.

I talked to them about partial reimbursement or just paying for each individual but that was not an Option.

This seemed like a great place when viewed online. Beer for me, and games for the kids, what could go wrong. Plus mini golf and rock climbing. Well let's just start by saying forget the arcade games. If you can find one that actually feeds tickets properly you're probably at a different establishment. Then the ticket counter wouldn't work. Really not a big deal if the guys behind the counter didn't attempt to fix several times and give you a glazed over look with no other solution. Honestly they could have grabbed the tickets and counted them quickly and sent us on our way with happy customers. Instead me and several others were frustrated. After about two hours we finally got them through the machine. The rock climbing wall was reserved the entire time we were there. Mini golf was okay, some courses needed repair but we enjoyed it. Don't bother ordering food or drink. Your kids will be grown by the time you get it. Overall id say this is a glowing recommendation for...

Went here for my sons 3rd birthday party. They were understaffed, which I completely understand. But the staff that was there didnt try to be helpful, AT ALL. The room we got was sooo hot many of the party guests had to leave early. The guy refused to bring more ice. But he gave me a bucket and a ladder the climb up and scoop the ice out of their soda machine ice dispenser myself. Which, having worked in customer service for 10+ years, is completely unacceptable in ANY situation. They were rude, the pizzas we had ordered a month in advance were late and didnt get there until some of our guests had to leave due to the heat. The arcade was ok, but they messed up the amount of tokens that were supposed to be included in the party pack, so we had to pay extra. All in all, a let down in every way.
