Starbucks — Restaurant in Casper

On most days this is a great place with great food, drinks, and service. Always great on the weekends no matter how busy! However, this is the second time the same girl has not only messed up my drink but then was rude when I nicely asked her to double check. It’s a very simple coffee order and I’m a very polite customer. Each time that I’ve had to have her remake it in front of me they’ve ended up being different amounts than the first time. The first time clearly being four shots and the second clearly being the six that I ordered. I understand mistakes happen, we’re all human. But maybe a certain barista should remember that the next time they can’t remember how many shots of espresso they poured. Or just don’t be rude when someone, who used to be a barista themselves, politely tells you the drink she gets everyday of her life obviously isn’t the right amount the second you hand it to them. I will have to start going to a different location as I’m not sure when this person will or will not be there to give me the wrong drink with a side of snobby attitude. Which is very unfortunate since I go there pretty much every day. One bad apple...

Preordered my drink 30 minutes before I arrived to pick it up and it was still not ready. Sat in the parking lot for an additional 20 minutes AFTER speaking to the lady running the window. Watched every car that pulled into the drive thru leave while I was still waiting. Went to the window and drink was still not made with Tiffany telling me my order must’ve got “kicked.” They all see me sitting in the only car in the parking lot for well over 20 minutes and still want to give me an attitude and excuse after excuse when I go to the window. Offering to make my drink “real quick” after I’d been sitting for that long. Save yourself the effort and go to a local coffee shop where you will get faster AND BETTER service. It would be one thing if this was single event but this is the 2nd time in less...

So imma be sappy for a moment. I dont often come to town but when i do i go to this one. I was having a stressful day and just wanted to curl up with a comfort drink and all so i go well the guy at the coms was funny he was all cheerful and happy and it got me to smile and made my day a bit better well i get up there and come to dind out the car in front of us bought the drinks. At this point im in shock i just want to cry and i mean i know its a small drink but hey something small can go a really long way. Also i go to many different starbucks i always order the same thing every time but this shop in particular this shop is the best and the double blend drinks...
