I recently purchased a five-piece bedroom set, Anastasia, from Kane's Furniture store. It is very elegant, beautiful, blingy and grand. After putting all of the furniture together, one of the headboard lights kept coming on repeatedly. I called the furniture store the very next day and reported the issue. I was told I wld receive a call back from someone. Almost immediately, I received a phone call back in which they scheduled an appointment about a week out and it would have been sooner but they had to order a replacement. When the part came in and Mr. Lewis and Derwin came out to my home to complete the repair. Both gentlemen were very professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. My husband was unable to assist in moving any furniture because he had a minor injury. Derwin moved any furniture necessary to give Mr. Lewis adequate space to do the repair. When the repair was complete they replaced everything back where it was supposed to be and cleaned up any excess trash that was left.
