This is the worst Panda Express location I’ve ever visited. I was so excited when this location opened less than 5 minutes from my home and with a drive thru! So convenient! If only they actually served food. Despite the restaurant closing at 10PM (with the dining room closing at 9) they do not make any food (whatsoever) after 8PM. So when we arrive any time after that (anticipating the restaurant to close at 10) they are out of every single entree except a few scoops of Orange chicken and some chow mein. And they refuse to make any other option (i.e., fried rice, white rice, non fried meat, vegetarian entree choices, appetizer dishes). And this is not an isolated incident. We’ve tried coming before 9:00PM and they just run out of food and don’t want to make more and simply offer us an “sorry it’s the policy”. What is the point of having a restaurant open til 10 if you won’t serve customers? Just close at 8 if you want to stop making food. This location is losing a ton of business as this is not unique to my own experience as several friends have experienced the same and the reviews are similar to mine. If you do end up going before 8PM, the food quality is usually great but portion sizes are usually smaller than other locations’ portions. And management does not care. Read moreThe food at this panda is always consistent, but today I had a very unprofessional experience to the point that this location deserves a bad review. The last time I had went I had got an ask for a cup of water, the water did not taste filtered at all it tasted like tap water , so I had put some lemonade. The shift lead Amelia approached me and asked if I was going to pay for that , I honesty had no problem doing that , but when she ask me she was very snarky about it without letting me explain myself. So when I went today I decide to explain myself , and she continued to be very sarcastic, and said “ well when you get a water cup you get tap water , if you want filtered water you can pay for it “ , she then continued to say that I had done that multiple times. But that is not true I’ve only gone to the location 2 times prior and always got a kids cup that comes with the kids meal. That is when I got very upset and ask for the GM , he was very understanding of the entire situation , but while I was speaking to him she kept making snarky comments and even after I sat down continued to talk about me and smiling at me in taunting way. Meanwhile, he’s dealing with another employee trying to serve him whatever a little bit of food they had left. When he asked, are you serious? She said yes. she remains serious and angered the whole time. We are not eating at this location anymore. She is very disrespectful that was totally uncalled for I feel sorry for the franchiser with her attitude scaring people away. 2/4/25 9:30 pm . He was just trying to scratch up whatever food they had left, and she just totally interrupted on top of that. He was really nice to her throughout the transaction, but she remain angry and serious.
