Got a home Wi-Fi system here. They said I could return when no longer needed. Unfortunately they won't let me return to store, I have to call customer service. Did that but can't access account because I don't remember a password setup up over five years ago I never used. They said I need to go to store to reset. I've been to this location three times in two month. Wait time is always 3-4hrs. Just to reset a password. They should really have a system set up for people not needing to make purchases because that takes hours with them like they are car salesman trying to get you into a Benz on a Pinto budget.
Only thing I can say. The manager Adrian, is always nice and tries to express sympathy for the wait but here I am two months later and still can't return this thing and being charged for something I'm not using. By the way Tmobile home Wi-Fi sucks. And yes I've been to other locations but this is closest to my home and the lines at other locations make me not want to go in at all because I feel it'll...

Read moreCastleberry Commons is right next to where I live. And I don't want to drive my car over there because it's a hassle. So I walk. So there are a lot of shops in the Commons, which includes but not limited to a billiards place, a Publix, 5 below, TJ Maxx and Ross and Marshall's. They also have some incidental stores like a nail place and they GNC. And then near there they have a city metro diner and then they have a player tropic owl and then a Dunkin donuts. As far as the architecture is concerned you know where the public says you can tell that was the main building that was built and then of course some of the other structures are a little squirrelly. The parking seems ample you can walk through and feel safe it's well lit. And I've always found it easy to get in a bunch of steps. I will go back again because of the public's. O in there's a Chinese restaurant there but I'm not sure what the story...
